Rules for the improvement of beach areas in resorts. Design approach to the improvement of the beach

"Summer, sun, sea, beach, this evening will be ours!" - such words sound in the mind of most holidaymakers heading for cool water and hot sands to spend their long-awaited vacation.

Some of them have in their pocket a chic voucher to foreign countries, which gives them the opportunity to relax for a week or two in the all inclusive style. And others rush in trains, buses or private cars towards the coastal expanses of our homeland. Both of them are united by a feeling of lightness and a great desire to have fun spending the money earned during the year.

Therefore, residents of resort towns are not only happy to rent out even the smallest living space at their disposal, but also make good money on trade and organizing summer beach activities. Business on the beach is developing by leaps and bounds, annually bringing its owners a very good income.

Ninety days a year

Unfortunately, earnings on vacationers are seasonal. On average, only three months a year, our compatriots have the opportunity to make a profit. And only in some regions of the country the number of "profitable" days can be increased by a maximum of sixty more.

Short term but correct organized business on the beach can bring income enough to open another business of your own. In addition, the whole working day will be held at the edge of the sea, under the warm rays of the sun. Such workdays promise a fun and serene pastime.

On your marks!

Summer is coming, there is a desire and an opportunity to earn money. Where to start? First you need to decide on a way to make a profit.

All existing ideas on how to successfully organize a business on the beach can be divided into two main categories:

  • the first does not require large investments: this includes food sales, renting storage cells, renting umbrellas and other inexpensive beach accessories;
  • the second one needs significant investments: equipment rentals for recreation and water sports, attractions and other entertainment, summer cafes and restaurants, rent of the beach with its subsequent improvement.

Based on the opinions of experienced businessmen, it can be said that it will take only a thousand US dollars to start a small business. And such funds can be found quickly and without unnecessary difficulties. It would be a wish!

Simple Business Ideas

It's not that hard to make money on the beach. Probably everyone who at least once in their life rested by the water heard the cries of passing merchants: “Seeds, dried fish, hot corn!” Selling such an inexpensive product can bring a decent income. To purchase it, you will need "penny", and the profit will exceed the expense several times.

Unfortunately, everything has its drawbacks:

  • Such an activity is incredibly tiring, because to pass the whole day under scorching sun with a heavy bag at the ready, not everyone can do it, and a hired employee can seriously fail and even run away with all the proceeds.
  • This type of business requires permission from the SES, work without it threatens with big troubles. However, the vast majority of such merchants work illegally, since the registration required documents so costly that all further activity loses all meaning.

The above example describes just one of the few ways to make money on the beach without having a lot of start-up capital. In the list of low-cost methods of earning, you can find the above-described storage room, the sale of kvass and other soft drinks. You can also organize a small massage room or provide the services of a swimming coach.

Almost everyone can turn simple business ideas into reality, you just need to find the most suitable one. And most importantly, do not violate existing rules and laws.

Comfort for your money

AT recent times the requirement for the level of comfort among our compatriots has increased significantly. And if ten years ago, without hesitation, everyone laid a bed directly on the sand, laid out sandwiches and cut watermelon, today such a vacation will attract a few.

Beach improvement has become the number one issue in most resort towns. Vacationers need modern toilets and showers. They want to drink refreshing cocktails in small cozy bars located directly on the sand, or lie on comfortable sun loungers in the shade of umbrellas. And children simply need safe playgrounds and shallow pools with clean water. Such an arrangement of beaches can bring considerable income.

This is my beach!

It is legally established that all citizens of our country have the right to unhindered access to any water bodies and a 20-meter zone adjacent to them. That is, it is impossible to fence off the beaches and take money for entry. But how to rent a beach without violating the established rules?

In order for a legal entity to use any piece of the sea, river or coastal zone for its own commercial purposes, it is necessary to conclude an appropriate agreement. It spells out all the rules for using the leased area, what the tenant has the right to do and what it is strictly forbidden to do.

Such documents are issued by the Federal Water Resources Agency. Its branches are located in every region of the country. Only after receiving the necessary permits, you can start improving the beach and charge for the provision of services.

The owners of coastal attractions claim that entertainment on land and water is very popular with vacationers. This business on the beach can be called one of the most profitable and fast payback.

Everyone who has ever visited a well-maintained beach, without fail, rode the water slides. This is perhaps the brightest attraction that can attract both children and adults. It is absolutely safe, does not require special skills and special physical training from the user. Therefore, for the first season of work, you can fully recoup investments in such a business.

Entertainment on the beach very often includes riding on various water vehicles. It can be a catamaran, jet ski, water skiing, banana. The use of such watercraft is associated with some risk to life, and the entrepreneur needs an experienced instructor on staff. Also, all customers will need to be provided with personal life-saving equipment.

I walk on water

A fairly new and very attractive, from the point of view of an entrepreneur, water attraction is the zorb. It is a transparent plastic ball about two meters in diameter. A person is placed inside the container, air is pumped in and pushed into the water.

The ball moves along the surface, and at this time the client inside is spinning, turning upside down, or gently “walking on the water”. The employee keeps the ball on the rope at all times and can quickly return it to the shore in case of an unforeseen situation.

Buying a zorb will cost one and a half thousand dollars, and only one worker will be required to operate it. If you place such a ball in a crowded place, its cost will pay off in less than a month.

Me with the wind along the way

Windsurfing and kitesurfing can also serve as a great way to earn money. Renting equipment for these sports is very popular. Of course, sailing, standing on a narrow board, or flying after a parachute without prior preparation is impossible. Therefore, at rental points, you can always hire an instructor, and then master the skill in a few lessons.

I'll take a piece of the sea with me

Finally, we will discuss the topic of souvenirs. Every tourist strives to bring with him from his vacation a small reminder of a fun time. To do this, buy cute inexpensive trinkets, decorated with images of the resort. Basically, these are magnets, mugs, small figurines. Such trifles are mandatory brought to all relatives, friends and colleagues. Visitors buy them in huge quantities, not counting the money spent.

A small outlet with a similar product, located in a place where vacationers gather, can bring unexpectedly high income. Of course, the competition in this type of activity is very high, but there are also a lot of buyers. The main thing is that the counter should have a wide and attractive assortment, and customers should be served by a smiling and contact seller.

After a cold winter and May thunderstorms, summer always comes. Tourists will come to soak up the water's edge, and seasonal entrepreneurs will be able to receive their long-awaited income.

Section: Engineering improvement of natural and artificial reservoirs, sports complexes and recreation areas.
Lecture: Improvement of beaches.

Beach improvement.

The choice of territory for organizing a beach on the shore of a reservoir is made taking into account the allocation of three zones that are different in their functional purpose. The beach itself is recommended to be located 30-40 m wide along the water's edge. This area is the most visited, it is an open space with changing rooms and equipment necessary for sunbathing. Next to it there is an area for active recreation. It is a strip with a width of 15 to 40 m parallel to the coast, on which there are sites and areas for playing volleyball, badminton, tennis, etc. This zone, compared with the previous one, has a lower filling density. The sports zone is being designed in close proximity to the beach and is its logical continuation.
Sports grounds must meet increased requirements during operation, since significant loads arise during play and training. The surface of the sites should be flat, well-planned and have a certain slope so that there is no stagnant rainwater.
The clothes of the sites are arranged in multilayer (Fig. 7). As materials for clothes, stone or brick crushed stone of various fractions, coarse-grained sand, fibrous peat, ordinary plant soil, stone dust or crushed stone siftings, and ground clay are used.

Rice. 7 The design of the coating of the sports ground.

Sports field clothing consists of a crushed stone base, an intermediate layer and a cover. The intermediate layer is created from peat, moss and sawdust and is designed for waterproofing in case of excessive soil moisture, as well as to give the surface of the site elasticity and elasticity, which is very important when playing. The base is the main load-bearing element that can withstand loads during operation; usually the base is made of crushed stone (grain 2-3 cm in size) or boiler slag. The surface of the court has the same meaning as the coating of the tracks, it is made from special mixtures or hard materials.
You can arrange the simplest sports ground on a planned and compacted earthen base.
Sports grounds are arranged in compliance with certain technical requirements. The device is carried out in several stages. First, on a cleared and leveled area intended for a platform, a trough is arranged for laying layers of clothing with a depth of 20-30 cm and with dimensions corresponding to the size of the site. The bottom of the trough is carefully leveled according to the design marks. The slopes from the crest of the site are assumed to be 0.005.
After leveling, the bottom of the trough is compacted - rolled with a roller. Along the boundaries of the site, a special board or formwork is installed from edged boards measuring 20 120 and 4 m thick. The formwork allows you to maintain clear site boundaries and “holds” all the clothes, preventing them from spreading to the sides. After the formwork is installed, crushed stone is poured onto the compacted bottom as a base and compacted. Then an intermediate layer of elastic-moisture-intensive materials is poured, this layer is leveled, then rolled. Then a special mixture is laid on the surface of this layer, which is used as a coating. The mixture is also leveled and rolled. When rolling all layers, they should be moistened with water by pouring from a hose (5-8 liters per 1 sq. M).
Sports ground equipment:
  • Tennis court. For playing tennis, a court with a size of 18 36 meters is provided. The grid is suspended on a steel cable with a diameter of not more than 8.5 mm. The ends of the cable are fixed at a height of 1.06 m from the ground. The mesh is made from hemp cord. Poles for the grid, most often, are made of steel pipes inserted into concreted cups. Protective fence: height - 4m, wire mesh size 40 mm, wire thickness 2.5 mm. Pillars made of steel pipes are installed at a distance of 2-3 m from each other.
Surface water (rain or snowmelt) must be removed from the court immediately, regardless of the permeability of the ground. This water must drain into grooves dug along the court and be diverted to a drainage channel.
The surface of the court must not be harder or smoother than on normal hard courts. The court must be non-slip, resilient, dust-free and non-glare. In addition, it must meet requirements such as uniform bounce of the ball from all points, good visibility of the ball, the ability to play immediately after rain, and low maintenance costs.
  • Volleyball court. Boundary lines 5 cm wide are included in the size of the site. The safety zone is taken at least 3 m. The net is attached across the site to poles (see Fig.), spaced no more than 1.5 m from the side lines. The normal height of the grid for men is 2.43, for women - 2.24 m, and for girls and boys of different ages, respectively, 2.10 - 2.20 and 2.35 m. A tower for the judge is installed on the continuation of the grid line.
And finally, the least loaded area a relaxing holiday and walks, located among picturesque green spaces, equipped with landscaped paths, playgrounds, gazebos, sheds, etc.
Sites for the organization of the beach should be within a convenient transport accessibility, in places that exclude possible water pollution, downstream of the water intake that provides the city drinking water. The speed of the river flow should not exceed 1 m/s.
The size of the territory of the beaches located in resort areas and recreation areas for 1 visitor, should be taken, m2, not less than: sea - 5, river and lake - 8, sea, river and lake (for children) - 4.
The size of river and lake beaches located on lands suitable for agricultural use and in urban areas should be taken at the rate of 5 m2 per 1 visitor and 5-6 m2 of water surface.
The minimum length of the coastline of the beach per 1 visitor should be taken, m, not less: for sea beaches- 0.2, river and lake - 0.25. The bottom should be, if possible, sandy and gently sloping with a slope of not more than 0.03. With a flatter bottom (0.015), the width of the water strip intended for swimming will be about 200 m, and with large slopes it is reduced.
A place for swimming must be chosen where the depth of the reservoir does not exceed 2 m, and the most optimal is the area where water area has two zones: with a depth of up to 1.2 m for those who cannot swim and with a depth of up to 2 m - for those who can. The recommended transverse profile of the beach is shown in fig. eight.

Rice. 8. Cross profile of the river beach.
1 - distribution (pedestrian) alley; 2 - protective strip of greenery (at least 6 m);
3 - beach; 4 - dive zone; 5 - swimming area.

The beach can be sandy - gravel-sand, gravel-pebble or grassy. The territory chosen for the organization of the beach should have a flat surface with a slight (0.01-0.03) slope to the water. In the case when there are unfavorable soils (peat, silt, clay) in this area, it is necessary to provide for the creation of an artificial coating from imported material (sand, pebbles) (Fig. 9). To prevent beach erosion, it is necessary to create a special surcharge. The size of the material used for loading (gravel or pebbles) should change as the depth decreases and the shallowness of the underwater part of the beach increases.

Rice. 9. Artificial beach.
1 - natural soil; 2 - imported or alluvial sand; 3 - gravel and pebble surcharge.

Depending on the attendance of the beach, it is equipped with sheds, wardrobes, changing cabins, first-aid posts and rescue stations, food and equipment rental facilities, showers. They are equipped with jumping towers, solariums, aerariums, shady umbrellas and awnings, as well as playgrounds and recreation areas. Beaches should have toilets and garbage collection areas. Contaminated surface runoff water should not enter the beach area. To do this, a gutter system is arranged in front of the beach, intercepting surface water that comes to the beach with more high territories.
Due to the erosion of the coast due to the flow of water and wave action, the beach is often destroyed. Therefore, in terms of plan, it should have a slightly concave outline along a curve, which ensures the circulation of water and excludes erosion and removal of particles beyond its limits. If it is impossible to locate a bay-shaped beach, in order to reduce the entrainment of beach particles and retain sediment, engineering structures are used in the form of jet-guiding dams, groins and breakwaters.
Breakwaters and groins protect the beach from erosion and increase its area towards the reservoir. Breakwaters are mainly used on sea beaches. They are located parallel to the shore, and they can be unflooded and flooded, i.e. above or below the water level. Depending on the bottom material, they are located from the shore at a distance of 20 to 100 m. The groins are placed perpendicular or at an angle to the shore and connected to it. They are quite effective for the beach accumulation process for both sea and river beaches.
In front of the beach, it is necessary to provide for the creation of a distribution alley with a capacity (width) that takes into account the capacity of the beach and its attendance. The alley is separated from the beach by a strip of green spaces at least 6 m wide and with a sufficient number of exits to it. In order to prevent surface water from entering the beach, a drain collector is laid along the edge of the inner edge of the alley, and the slope of the coating in its direction prevents dirty water from entering the beach and ensures its quick removal through the collector outside the territory.
When designing a beach, it is necessary to provide a special area for bathing children. This may be a closed reservoir connected to the main channel or pipe for water exchange, or a specially fenced shallow area of the main reservoir. Much attention is paid to the installation of various water devices (crackers, slides for rolling into the water, etc.) and the equipment of nearby playgrounds (swings, awnings, etc.).
Beaches should be located on the southern, southwestern and southeastern slopes, which have the greatest insolation.
The number of vacationers is determined in accordance with SNiP 2.07.01-89*. The size of the territory of the beach recreation area is accepted per visitor from the following standards: in area S` at least 8 m2, along the length of the coastal strip L` - at least 0.25 m.
Accordingly, the number of vacationers N is determined as the smallest of the expressions:

NS = S / S` and NL = L / L`

where S and L are the area of the beach and the length of its coastline, respectively.

The total number of one-time visitors is determined taking into account the coefficient of simultaneous loading of the beach (kз= 0.2 for the local population).
According to their functional purpose, the beaches are divided:
  • medical, intended for workers undergoing treatment in sanatoriums (individual and combined in complexes);
  • general resort - for all contingents of vacationers at the resort;
  • citywide - for the permanent population of the resort.
For the organization of climate treatment, as a rule, the available natural beaches are used. In some cases, with insufficient areas of natural beaches, special open areas are created.
For all types of beaches, the area per person is normalized, and functional zones are predetermined. City beaches have less developed forms of equipment for functional areas and are designed mainly for recreation and health procedures - baths of total solar radiation and air baths (in the shade).
To establish the optimal conditions for climatotherapy, as well as to determine the size of the equipment used, it is necessary to know some data on the meteorological state of the atmosphere and their effect on the human body.
Different combinations of temperature, humidity and air velocity can give not only different thermal sensations, but also different physiological reactions in humans. According to the Sochi Research Institute of Balneology and Physiotherapy, the optimal conditions for a person are: air temperature - 18-21°C;
relative humidity - 60 - 80%;
air speed - up to 3 m/sec.
The most favorable for taking heliotherapy baths is the standing of the sun above the horizon of 40 -50 C; in this case, an optimal voltage of ultraviolet radiation is created, and infrared radiation does not yet reach its maximum.
In accordance with SNiP 2.07.01-89 *, the coastal strips of ponds must be landscaped. For this you need to do:
  • creation of convenient and safe descents to the water;
  • creation of a rescue and medical center on the beach;
  • laying of access and pedestrian paths;
  • planting green spaces;
  • safety device.
Rescue station. The building of the rescue station should be located so that it is possible to conveniently view and control the water area. A tower is set up for observation. The premises include rooms for duty personnel (15 - 20 m2.) And the head of the rescue service (9 m2). In addition, the building may provide for a first-aid post with a bathroom (15 m2.). The lifeguard station is more often placed in the same building as other beach service establishments. Near the station there should be a mooring for lifeboats, as well as a special room for storing boats on the shore.
Along the water area in the bathing areas, every 25 m at a distance of 4-5 m from the water, poles with a shield for attaching life-saving equipment should be installed: life buoys, Suslov balls and the ends of the Alexandrov system, shields - wooden, racks - wooden, metal or reinforced concrete.
Alleys, paths, paths. The construction of alleys, paths, paths on the beaches and in the adjacent green area should be dust-free, not very hot from the sun's rays. Must be resistant to atmospheric precipitation and comfortable for walking.
On fig. 10 shows various types of coverings of alleys, paths. The best coatings are prefabricated concrete slabs or natural stone. They are easy to install and use, they can be given any shape, any texture and color.
Concrete slabs can be produced in various sizes and configurations: square - 37.5 37.5 4; 50 50 5 cm and hexagonal with sides 33 and 50 cm, thickness 4 and 6 cm.
In places with less heavy foot traffic, concrete slabs or natural stone slabs can be laid out with 3 cm wide seams. Vegetable pound is poured into the seams, and lawn grass seeds are sown. The ground level in the seams should be 1.5-2 cm below the level of the slabs, and the paths themselves should be made 3-4 cm above ground level.
The width and coverage of the paths, as well as the location in the plan, are determined depending on their purpose and the intensity of pedestrian traffic. With one-way traffic, the track width is 0.75 m, with two-way traffic -1.5.

Rice. 10. Types of paving paths, alleys, paths on the beach and in the green area.
1,2 - paths, paths made of concrete slabs in the green zone; 3, 5, 6 - paths, paths made of natural flagstone; 4 - alleys of concrete slabs in the green zone; 7 - alleys of concrete slabs and concrete with aggregate of pebbles and gravel; 8 - paths made of concrete with exposed aggregate of pebbles and gravel; 9 - paths mainly on pebble and sandy beaches - boardwalk on logs; 10 - paths made of wooden short stacks - end paving.

Beach equipment. The design of furniture for the beach must be carried out taking into account the following basic provisions:
  • equipment of functional areas of beaches, providing a comfortable stay;
  • optimal dimensions of equipment, due to the rational use of products and anthropometric data;
  • the possibility of variant use of equipment items;
  • the use of resistant materials and coatings that improve the performance of products and increase their service life;
  • unification of elements for furniture groups with a similar design scheme and size ranges;
  • creating a wide range of products due to the variety of colors and the use of various finishing materials.
  • Cabins for changing clothes can be designed for one, two, three and four people. It is advisable to consider a series of cabins of various capacities based on unified elements. The composition of the plan must be decided during the design process.
The cabin design includes a metal frame and polymeric sheet materials, wooden laths, etc. for the enclosing surfaces. The surface of the cabins must be resistant to atmospheric precipitation and exposure to sunlight. For stationary installation of cabins, it is necessary to provide for reliable fastening with its embedding in the ground, as well as the possibility of dismantling it for the winter period. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure storage during conservation.
  • Benches. Types of benches intended for equipping unshaded areas and green areas, their varieties, providing for different operating conditions (stationary, mobile, etc.), as well as features of the material used.
Depending on the operating conditions, you can accurately select the appropriate type of product.
The base of the bench should ensure its stability; options with fixed supports (reinforced concrete and other materials rigidly fixed in the pound) may be provided. The surface of the seat must have a resistant coating against external influences - sun, rain, etc.
  • Individual sun protection devices. The main types of sun protection devices designed for individual use are: umbrellas, awnings, shady oval, rectangular and trapezoidal in plan, creating shading of one lounger.
Umbrellas and screens should be installed in metal cups embedded in concrete, or have heavy metal bases that ensure the stability of the entire device. The main material for the frame is metal. On the frame, it is necessary to provide devices for towels and dresses. A special colored canvas should be used to cover umbrellas and screens. The arrangement of umbrellas must be provided with a mechanism for giving it an inclined position, which allows you to create the necessary shade area at different positions of the sun.
  • Garbage bins should be provided both free-standing and hinged. The form of separate urns in the plan can be square or round. The device of the urn should provide for easy extraction of the contents and cleaning of the surface of the internal volume. The structural material must be resistant to aggressive environmental influences.
  • A beach cleaning trolley should have a trash can, dustpan, place and holder for a broom, as well as reliable wheels for moving over sandy and rocky ground. The garbage container can be made of waterproof fabric. Construction material and finish must be resistant to light disinfection.
  • Furniture color scheme. It is advisable to paint furniture for beach equipment in light colors. However, white should be avoided as it contributes to excessive radiation (reflectance 80%). I took into account that the most successful combination is a contrasting one, several colors can be recommended: blue, blue-green, orange, which have reflectances of 30, 20-30 and 25-30%, respectively. These colors contrast well with the color of the beach cover - yellow sand, gray - yellow and gray - blue pebbles. The selection of the color of the equipment must be made in contrast with the existing color of the beach cover,
In the same landscape, the brightness ratio does not exceed 50:1. Objects in the shade are illuminated 10 times weaker than objects not protected from the sun.
Green and blue colors intensify their color in partial shade, and red and yellow win in color in illuminated places. Considering these properties of colors, we can recommend blue, blue-green, blue colors for painting furniture used in the shade, and red, orange, yellow for furniture located in illuminated areas.

1. PROJECT SUMMARY

The goal of the project is to create an enterprise that provides paid recreation services on the beach within the boundaries of the Left Bank recreation area of Rostov-on-Don. The prerequisites for organizing an enterprise are the growing popularity of domestic resorts against the background of a decrease in the general solvency of the population; seaside resorts are becoming less and less accessible for the majority of Russians.

The land is in state ownership; it is supposed to be rented. The arrangement of the territory is carried out at the expense of own and borrowed funds. The start of the project implementation is September 2016, the start of the operation of the beach is April 2017. It is planned to reach the planned indicators from the second year of operation.

Table 1. Integral indicators of the project

Competitiveness is ensured by the presence of a clear positioning in the activities of the enterprise and its promotion, as well as a number of services that competitors do not provide. In particular, the services of a children's animator and the performance of local music groups on the days of the greatest attendance of the beach.

2. COMPANY AND INDUSTRY DESCRIPTION

In the warm months of the year, outdoor recreation is unconditionally popular in Russia. Most of all, the population prefers rest near water bodies - lakes, ponds, rivers. Nautical beach holiday, is undoubtedly more popular, however, summer holidays are usually only two or three weeks, and not every Russian has the financial opportunity to spend so much time at the resort.

That is why regional recreation areas are no less popular. Today they can be divided into the following types:

Unfurnished ("wild");

Equipped public (free);

Equipped private (paid).

Professional kit for creating business ideas

trending product 2019..

Historically, the first two are in the greatest demand among the country's population, while equipped free recreation areas make up no more than 1% of their total area. The so-called "wild" recreation areas today are often in a deplorable state due to a large number waste, the lack of respect for nature on the part of vacationers and the lack of supervision and maintenance of order by the state. In addition, if we talk about "wild" beaches, then there are a number of risk factors associated with relaxing on them:

Lack of sanitary control of water quality;

Unexamined and uncleaned from sharp stones, glass fragments, pieces of metal, etc. bottom;

Lack of lifeguards and medical care.

Paid beaches are completely devoid of these disadvantages, because, according to the law, they must provide completely safe and high-quality conditions for recreation that meet the established requirements. Despite the reluctance of many Russians to pay for a holiday on a local beach, the services of private recreation areas are becoming increasingly popular. After all, in addition to providing comfort and safety, they also offer a wide infrastructure - food, equipped showers and toilets, sports grounds, etc.

Rostov-on-Don is a regional center, the capital of the Southern Federal District, a city with a population of about 1.2 million officially registered residents. In addition, according to various estimates, the number of unregistered residents ranges from 200-300 thousand people. The target audience of the project are men and women aged 18-50, married couples with and without children.

To date left bank zone recreation is almost completely occupied by recreation centers and private beaches. This forms a rather tough competitive environment, however, at the same time, it instills in the population a culture of paid recreation with maximum comfort. In addition, all existing enterprises do not have the physical ability to serve the entire target audience at the same time.

Recreation centers, in fact, are not direct competitors, because. usually offer a wider range of services, including temporary accommodation services; prices for their services are usually significantly higher. As the main competitors, two largest paid beaches can be distinguished, offering recreation on the territory, including in pavilions, cafe services; offered free of charge: barbecues, stationary tables with benches, toilet and shower.

According to the results of 2014, the workload of beaches in the summer months, even on weekdays, was 50-70%, and on weekends - up to 120% of the design. Since, according to experts' forecasts, economic growth is not expected in the next few years, it should be assumed that demand from the population will continue to grow.

The main success factor of the enterprise is territorial location beach - in addition to a wide and convenient coastline, it should have convenient access roads for personal transport and be within reach public transport. The site under consideration fully satisfies these requirements. It is also important to ensure not only the availability of infrastructure, but also its high quality. Russians are becoming more and more demanding on the level of service. This thesis is especially relevant in the current situation, when people accustomed to the resorts of Turkey and Egypt are forced to relax on the local beach.

Ready-made ideas for your business

For this reason, it is intended to special attention beach equipment. It is planned to involve a designer to develop a unified style for all buildings, as well as the use of high-quality materials and experienced workers for their construction and equipment of the territory. It is planned to create a single concept for the design of the territory and, as a result, a marketing campaign - the motive "Cossack Don". This will allow the company to differentiate itself from competitors that do not have a specific corporate identity.

Of the infrastructure facilities at the first stage of the project, it is planned to create a barbeque cafe (without alcohol), as well as a sports equipment rental office. On the territory of the beach there are stationary tables (free of charge), separate gazebos (for a fee), barbecues (for a fee), sheds, showers, toilets, as well as retail facilities (soft drinks, ice cream). Guests are allowed to bring their own food and beverages. Security is provided by the security and rescue service.

Ready-made ideas for your business

The very territory of the beach is a coastal area, 200 meters long and 20 meters deep. The territory is covered with fine river sand, which is planned to be filled with coarser quarry sand, because. it has a more attractive appearance; it is also more convenient for vacationers to sit on it. In the immediate vicinity is an asphalt road and a public transport stop. On the this moment there are no buildings on the beach, part of the area is covered with rare deciduous trees, creating additional comfort and protection from the sun.

The transfer of the land plot for long-term lease is carried out according to the results of an open tender. The application for the site is submitted to the MKU "Property Fund of the City of Rostov-on-Don" in June 2016. The estimated date of the auction is September 2016. The initial amount of trading depends on such factors as: geographical location object, its area and shape, availability of communications, demand, availability of infrastructure or buildings on the territory, etc. Thus, it is extremely difficult to determine the cost of renting a site. According to the Property Fund of the Rostov Region, the cost of renting land plots, depending on their location and purpose, can range from 50 to 5,000 rubles per hundred square meters. By interpolation, you can come to a result for a site suitable for organizing a beach in the immediate vicinity of the city - 2000-3000 rubles per hundred square meters.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The company provides services for the accommodation of beach guests in comfortable and safe conditions, including temporary guarded storage of personal vehicles; for the organization of public catering. The list of services and description are given in Table. 2.

Table 2. List and description of project services

At the entrance to the parking lot and the entrance to the beach, the vacationer is issued a check indicating the amount paid and the date of payment, with which he has the right to enter the beach territory an unlimited number of times during this day.

Pavilions are located in the part of the beach farthest from the entrance, which ensures their privacy and, therefore, comfort for people renting them. The cafe is located in the immediate vicinity of the entrance; All dishes are prepared by a specialist with at least 10 years of experience. All employees of cafes and other public catering facilities must have health books. Stationary tables are located in the immediate vicinity of the cafe and can accommodate up to 90 people.

Ready-made ideas for your business

To provide additional competitive advantages, it is planned to attract animators to work with children, as well as organize performances by local music groups on Friday (19.00 - 22.00) and Saturday (18.00 - 22.00).

There is no entrance fee for children under 10 years old. The predicted number of children is 20% of total visitors.

4. SALES AND MARKETING

The project does not provide for the possibility of direct sales of services. Attracting visitors is achieved through the successful location of the beach area, outdoor advertising, as well as through seasonal advertising campaigns in the media. It is also planned to develop its own website with detailed description territory and all services provided.

The design of the territory fencing from the outside is carried out in the general Cossack style, an advertising banner is placed with information about the beach, the website address and a phone number for booking pavilions.

Information about the beach is also distributed through regional Internet catalogs dedicated to recreation. In the first year, radio advertising is provided with a drawing of subscriptions for free access to the beach during the season. The subscription provides unlimited number of visits to the beach from May to September; Additional services are not included in the subscription. A total of 8 subscriptions are expected to be drawn. The choice of radio is due to the active target audience - young people from 18 to 30 years old.

Also, from April to September, modular advertising is placed in glossy city publications dedicated to shopping, recreation, entertainment, etc. The advertising budget for five years of operation of the facility is given in Table. 3. The calculation takes into account the cost of advertising in terms of a month.

Competitive advantages are provided through special attention to the cleanliness of the territory, control over the observance of order, the use of quality products for the preparation of the dishes sold, the presence of a single concept in design and promotion, as well as a wider range of services, which include entertainment activities - the work of children's animators , performance of musical groups.

5. PRODUCTION PLAN

Preparatory work is carried out under the direct supervision of the entrepreneur. Delivery of sand for filling the territory is carried out from a quarry located 5 km from the beach; delivery is carried out by the supplier. The required volume of sand is about 150 tons. The construction of cafe buildings, toilets, showers, as well as gazebos is carried out by specialized organizations; The selection of contractors is carried out on the basis of the proposed price, construction time, as well as the availability of demonstrative objects and their quality. Start of construction - March 2017, completion - May 2017.

According to the requirements of regulatory documents, at least 8 m 2 of usable beach area should fall on 1 vacationer. Given that at least 30% of the territory is reserved for infrastructure, we get 1,800 m 2 or the maximum number of vacationers - 225 people, of which 20% or 45 people are children. The territory allows organizing parking for 30 cars, the rest can be parked on the side of the road highway, or next to a forest plantation, within 50-100 m from the entrance to the beach.

CC i - the cost of the i-th service;

And i - depreciation of fixed assets and means of production used to create the i-th service (goods);

PHOT i - payroll fund for employees involved in the provision of the i-th service;

PV i - direct costs for the creation of the i-th service (purchase cost of products, electricity, water, etc.) used to produce the i-th service.

Data on the cost and cost of providing services are given in Table. 4.

Table 4. Cost and cost of project services

The planned sales volume is given in Table. 5. The planned volume is understood as the maximum sales volume per month, typical, as a rule, for the high season (July-August). In the future, to calculate the cash flow, the seasonality factor will be applied to it.

To determine the planned sales volume, it is necessary to take into account that volume fluctuations occur not only by months, depending on the season, but also within each week of the season: if the occupancy of the beach on weekends is 100%, then on weekdays it will hardly rise above 50% . Thus, it is necessary to calculate the weighted average of the beach load on the 1st day of the month. For June-August it will be 65%, for May and September - 25%. Thus, in the calculation of the seasonality factor, it is necessary to introduce an additional reduction factor.

Table 5. Planned monthly sales volume

6. ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN

The main administrative and managerial functions are performed personally by the entrepreneur. To carry out activities, he must have knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship, legislation in the field of land use, labor and administrative legislation, accounting and tax accounting.

In his direct subordination are the beach administrator and accountant. All personnel serving the beach are subordinate to the administrator. The organizational chart is shown in Fig. one.

Figure 1. Organizational chart of the enterprise

The most stringent requirements are imposed on the qualifications of the barbecue and rescuers. The chef must have proven experience in a similar position and have all relevant knowledge and skills. Rescuers must have a juvenile or adult level in swimming, as well as good physical shape and no health restrictions. The guards are in good physical shape, no health restrictions and bad habits; Security guard experience is not required. All personnel involved in the sale of food and beverages (or their preparation) have sanitary books and undergo regular commissions.

The beach administrator has a 5-day working week, the days off are Monday and Tuesday. Cooks and assistants work in shifts, with a schedule of 2/2. Security guards and rescuers work in pairs, schedule 2/2, with the involvement of a third worker on the busiest days or times of the day.

All employees involved in the project have a seasonal nature of work, with the exception of the accountant and administrator, whose wages are paid all year round.

The staffing table with salary is given in Table. 6.

Table 6. Staffing and payroll

7. FINANCIAL PLAN

The main investment costs of the project are associated with the development of the territory and the construction of buildings and communications equipment. Also, significant investments are required in working capital, tk. it is necessary to support the enterprise until it breaks even during the high season of the second year of the beach operation.

Table 7. Investment costs for the project

Total required funds: 4,125,000 rubles. Of these, the entrepreneur's own funds - 2.0 million rubles. To attract the missing amount, a bank loan is used at a rate of 18% per annum and for a period of 36 months. Payment of obligations under the loan begins from the third month with annuity payments.

The organizational and legal form of the enterprise is IP. Form of taxation - USN with the object of taxation - income.

The fixed costs of the enterprise are given in Table. 8. The rent has a fixed rate and is paid monthly. A number of other payments are seasonal. At the same time, the amount of seasonal payments is divided into full year, thus, for each month of the year, an average payment is obtained.

Table 8. Project Fixed Costs

Sales volume and planned revenue are given in Table. 9. Traffic report Money given in the Appendix.

Tab. 9. Sales plan and revenue indicators

8. EVALUATION OF PROJECT EFFICIENCY

Project efficiency is assessed using standard investment analysis tools. Based on the cash flow, the indexed cash flow and integral indicators of the economic efficiency of the project are calculated (Table 10).

Table 10. Integral project performance indicators

Net present value (NPV) - at a discount rate of 20% - more than 0, which indicates that the project is profitable and of interest to the investor. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account that the discount rate is quite high; such an indicator is more typical for innovative projects with a high degree of risk. The profitability index (PI) is greater than 1, which also indicates the profitability of the project.

Full calculation of financial indicators is given in the Appendix.

9. RISKS AND WARRANTY

For a detailed analysis of all the risks and opportunities of the enterprise, a SWOT analysis was used (Table 11).

Table 11. SWOT analysis of the project

In general, the degree of risk of the project can be characterized as low.

10. APPS

Water devices are the most attractive objects of the urban environment. Relaxing by the water is an important element of recreation in the summer. Water health-improving complexes, especially with sea water, significantly affect the effectiveness of treatment.

Outdoor pools can be of the following types: for swimming, training, sports (for swimming, water polo, diving), health-improving, decorative, etc. Pools in a natural reservoir are arranged directly in a reservoir, near a reservoir, near a reservoir. The reservoir and the shore area allotted for the creation of the pool must meet increased sanitary requirements and provide safety conditions (smooth increase in depth, absence of holes, sufficient depth for jumping into the water, absence of objects threatening injuries at the bottom), as well as a flow rate of up to 0, 5 m/s.

A section of a natural reservoir intended for swimming has fences on piles, pantones, and rafts around the perimeter. The pool near the reservoir is bounded by land (beach) on three sides, and on the fourth side by floating or piled fences. Water enters the pool on the shore from the reservoir (river) through filters.

In the absence of natural water surfaces in gardens and parks, artificial pools are created. The source of power, the degree of flow play a significant role in determining the location of the pool, the area of the water surface, the depth and its purpose. In pools for swimming and bathing, a depth of up to 2 m is required, for diving from a tower - 4.5 m. To protect against overheating of the water and overgrowing of the reservoir with vegetation, the depth along the shore of the swimming pool is taken at least 0.8-1 m with a gradual increase by over the first 5 m to 1.8-2 m. In sports pools, the depth of the shallow part is 1.0-1.2 m, and in the deep - 2.5-4.5 m. deep parts: for swimming pools, the shallow part is 75-100%, for sports 0-30%, and in children's pools all 100%.

Artificial pools are built completely or partially buried in the ground with mandatory waterproofing of the walls and bottom. On waterproof soils, to prevent water filtration into the soil along the earthen bed, a waterproof screen is made of crumpled clay with a layer of 0.3-0.5 with a sandy surcharge with a layer of 0.15 m; anti-filtration coatings are also used.

Sanitary conditions are provided by flow or periodic change of water. The minimum rate of water exchange in the basins is considered to be two or three complete exchanges during the summer season. In pools for bathing and swimming, a three- or four-fold water exchange is recommended. Depending on the mode of water exchange, there are pools with recirculation, that is, the return of water to the pool after its cleaning and disinfection, with a periodic change of the entire volume of water or with flowing water exchange. Estimated water consumption for the pool is determined depending on the volume of the pool, the water exchange system and the mode of filling the pool, and in all cases it is necessary to take into account the loss of water from 1.5 to 15% of the pool volume per day due to evaporation, splashing and entrainment by swimmers.

Indicative data for determining the required water surface per swimmer are as follows: 2-2.5 m2; educational and sports - 5 m2, sports - 10 m2; for diving - 3-4.5 m2; for water polo 26-43 m2; children's 2-5 m2.

When landscaping sites, great attention should be paid to covering paths and platforms in order to prevent dusting of the water surface, as well as landscaping sites. Protected from wind and dust by green spaces at least 10 m wide.

It is advisable to arrange water sports complexes, including indoor pools, diving baths, children's swimming pools with solariums, facilities and playgrounds for sports and games. The complex should be not only sports, but also health-improving, include entertainment facilities and necessarily recreation areas. It is possible to extend the life of the complexes by heating, transforming open structures into indoor ones, creating indoor pools, and using modern materials (plastics, inflatable coatings). Such complexes are popular all year round and constantly reduce the load on the natural landscape.

The shape of the pool for swimming is mainly rectangular, usually a multiple of 12.5 m. However, depending on the purpose of the pool, there are other solutions.

In Berlin, the bathing complex of the Pankow residential area was created on an area of 13 hectares. The main structures are grouped around a large clearing and united by a system of paved paths, platforms and terraces. The circular pedestrian road connects the zones of winter and summer pools and leads to an amusement pool with artificial wave formation. The main building includes three swimming pools - sports, for diving and for non-swimmers, with a total area of 4320 m2. An open reservoir is surrounded on three sides by lawns for relaxing on the grass, and on the fourth side, terraces adjoin it (Table 4.1).

Estimated figures for bathing complexes (Germany):

Indicators Design standards Complex "Pankov"
The area of the bathing complex 0.5 - 0.3 sq.m. per 1 inhabitant 1 sq.m. per 1 inhabitant
Estimated territory for 1 visitor 5 - 20 sq.m. 9 sq.m.
Area for 1 person based on simultaneous attendance (per shift) 10 - 40 sq.m. 18 sq.m.
Water surface (including non-swimmer pools) 0.6 - 1 sq.m. per visitor (0.1 square meters per 1 inhabitant) 0.63 sq.m. for 1 visitor
Wardrobes for storing clothes (number of hooks) Based on all simultaneously resting visitors 7500 pcs.
Territory for recreation, games and sports and pedestrian roads 1.5 - 2.5 sq.m. for 1 person 10 sq.m. for 1 person

In the recommendations developed in Germany, it is proposed to allocate 15% of the territory to standard projects of bathing complexes for water surfaces, 50% for landscaping, recreation areas and solariums, 25% for sports grounds and 10% for facilities.

In the very center of the city of Tapiola (Finland) there are entertainment facilities and a youth center, an indoor pool, and a sports palace. The water-sports complex, located on the shore of an artificial reservoir, consists of an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor diving bath and a children's swimming pool, around which solariums and stands are arranged on picturesque slopes. A multi-purpose pool with an area of 1000 m2 occupies the main volume of the facility. Above the diving tower there is a domed lantern. Nearby is a children's bath, its depth gradually decreases to 0.7 m. The free outlines of the bath give an individual character to the pool hall, while maintaining the parameters required for sports. In the basement there is a bath-sauna and Technical buildings. AT good weather the stained-glass windows of the walls open.

Near Moka (Japan) a large pool complex (6.8 hectares) was built in a park with an area of 86 hectares. The water complex is designed for sports, swimming, recreation, games and swimming lessons for visitors of all ages. Thanks to special equipment - the creation of slow and fast currents, artificial wave formation, waterfalls, water cascades, hydrocarousels, directed jets, splashes and other effects, a wide variety of forms of entertainment and recreation on the water is achieved. A chain of ponds connected by canals is used for boating and fishing.

In the recreation and tourism complex in Katanzoro, all rooms are united by a gallery. In the center, among the natural surroundings, there is an entertainment complex with a theater, a ballroom and swimming pools. Additional placement of plantings, including exotic ones (citrus fruits, palm trees, papyrus), made it possible to improve the picturesqueness of the compositions.

In microdistricts, in children's parks, cities and camps, as well as on the territory of beaches and pools for adults, children's splash pools are being created. They function in summer period and serve for games of children from 3 to 10 years old on the water. Children's splash pools are popular devices that contribute to the organization of outdoor games, the physical development of the child's body. Artificial pools acquire especially great value when natural reservoirs are inaccessible.

The dimensions of water devices on playgrounds are relatively small - their shape is varied in terms of, but, as a rule, smooth outlines. The water surface area is projected to be at least 50 m2. The depth is taken from 10 to 40 cm. Around the pool, in front of the entrance to it, a water footpath is arranged about 1 m wide and 8-10 cm deep. The bottom slope to the middle or to one of the sides is not less than 0.005 and not more than 0.01. The mirror of the water surface of the splash pool in the microdistrict is determined at the rate of 0.1 m per inhabitant. Water is discharged through special drains or overflows into the drainage or sewer system. Water can be heated.

The pool tank is usually made of cast-in-situ or precast concrete. Currently, plastic pools are used, which greatly simplifies and reduces the cost of their construction. Its inner surface must be non-slip, the edges are rounded. For more entertaining games in spacious pools, they arrange slides for slipping into the water, bollards for jumping, figured showers, cascades, islands and transitions through the pools.

Splashing pools are located on a spacious area lit by the sun, protected from the wind by green spaces. Behind the pool, playgrounds with equipment for games are arranged, covered with sand, gravel or grass.

The creation of specialized children's complexes for games related to water deserves attention.

An interesting project of a "water park" was carried out by British city planners. Its main structure, the Play and Leisure Canal, is 4 km long and runs from the central part of Manchester to its eastern outskirts. The channel is a whole complex of water devices designed for bathing and games of children and adolescents. It has a shallow depth throughout, which makes it a safe paddling pool for children and, in addition, allows you to quickly heat the water, since the channel runs through an open area. Along the shore, surrounded by green spaces located at some distance from the water, there are playgrounds and sports grounds, lawns, and recreation areas. Difficulties arise in maintaining a satisfactory sanitary condition of the canal.

A technique is often used when cracker fountains, figured showers, side rotating sprinklers, and individual fountain jets are arranged on the paved area of the playground. There is also a paddling pool with water attractions.

Important advantages of such a platform over splashing pools are better sanitary conditions and less pollution due to constant water changes, low capital costs and quick construction from prefabricated standard blocks, including lightweight plastic. The advantages of these sites include a longer service life in middle lane(about 90 days a year) than outdoor pools.

Decorative pools are created not only to improve microclimatic conditions in cities with a hot climate, but also in those cases when, according to the conditions of the architectural solution, a reflection effect is necessary. Then the pools play the role of mirrors framed by floral patterns, reflecting the sky, trees, sculpture, architectural structures giving the composition a solemn look. As a rule, the depth of decorative pools is insignificant, and when they are located in the accessibility zone, the walls and bottom can be decorated with a decorative pattern using colored concrete, mosaics, and ceramics. To create a greater visual perception in the evening, decorative pools are illuminated. The water horizon in these basins is recommended to be located at the same level as the territory, although for architectural reasons it can be both above and below ground level. Often, decorative pools are used in combination with architectural elements, with fountains. Ornamental fish are released into small picturesque pools of landscape parks, beautifully flowering water-loving vegetation is planted.

Beaches can be divided into river, seaside, near natural and artificial reservoirs, near outdoor pools. Architectural and planning decisions of the beach depend on the overall composition of the park, the complex, natural and climatic conditions, local traditions, building material and structures, the nature and size of the water area. The basis of recreational activities on the beach is swimming, sunbathing, active forms of recreation.

When arranging a beach on the coastal strip, three zones should be provided, different in their functional purpose. Near the water's edge, up to 30-40 m wide, there is a beach directly - an equipped space for sunbathing. Toboggans, jumping towers, solariums, aerariums, shady umbrellas and awnings are placed here, water attractions, floating aerosolaria. The second zone adjacent to the beach, 15-40 m wide, is reserved for outdoor activities. Semi-shaded playgrounds and sports grounds are placed on it. This zone has a lower density of vacationers than the previous one. Third zone - zone quiet rest(aerosolarium) is designed for walking and relaxing in the shade of green spaces. It is equipped with recreation areas, walking paths, pavilions, etc. It is also necessary to single out the service sector (cloakroom, rental, showers, toilets, etc.) and children (splashing pools, playgrounds, attractions).

Schematic diagram of the beach (according to G. Likas): 1 - service sector; 2 - sortive zone; 3 - children's play area; 4 - water sports zone; 5 - solarium; 6 - bath; 7 - plantations; 8 - car park Beach equipment: 1 - shower room; 2 - changing cabin; 3 - changing cabin

Cross profile of the river beach: 1 - distribution (pedestrian alley); 2 - protective strip of greenery (at least 6 m; 3 - beach; 4 - dive zone; 5 - swimming zone)

Beach areas are chosen outside the sanitary protection zone of water supply sources and away from areas of possible water pollution. The flow velocity must not exceed 1 m/s.

The depth of the reservoir for swimming, as a rule, does not exceed 2 m, and the water area should have two zones: for those who cannot swim - with a depth of up to 1.2 m and for those who can swim - with a depth of up to 2 m. The bottom of the reservoir should be gentle with a slope not higher than 0.03. The estimated area per visitor is accepted - for the beach 5 m2, for the water surface 5-6 m2.

Beaches can be grassy, sandy, gravel and pebble. The territory of the beach should be flat, with a slope towards the water within 0.01-0.03. With unfavorable soils (peat, silt), an artificial coating is created from imported material (sand, pebbles).

On the beaches there are wardrobes, changing cabins, a first-aid post and a rescue station, catering and equipment rental facilities, showers, toilets, garbage bins, and administration premises.

When designing a beach, it is necessary to provide for a distribution alley, separated from the beach by green spaces with walkways. The width of the green strip must be at least 6 m, the width of the distribution alley is set taking into account the attendance of the beach. Its transverse profile is designed in such a way that polluted surface waters are intercepted by the drainage system and do not fall on the beach.

When organizing a beach, separate places for bathing children should be arranged in the form of closed reservoirs connected to exchange water with the main one, or enclosing a small area of the water surface.

Beaches should be located on the southern, southwestern and southeastern slopes, which have the greatest insolation.

In coastal areas, the concentration of people reaches 80-90% of vacationers, so it is necessary to solve not only the issues of beach zoning, but also the creation of an optimal recreational complex in the coastal strip. Exploitation analysis Black Sea beaches shows that the correct forecast is one of the most important factors in the development of sea beaches. Poor knowledge of the coastal dynamics processes led to the fact that erroneous calculations were made of the possibility of expanding up to 25 m of beaches with a total length of 70 km in the Yalta region, which cannot be achieved and is unlikely to be achieved. Violation of the natural, centuries-old balance of coastal dynamics (intense economic activity, the construction of hydroelectric power plants on rivers that prevent the removal of sand and pebbles into the sea, the expansion of ports, the withdrawal of pebbles and sand for the needs of construction) have led to a reduction in beaches along the entire Black Sea coast.

In Pitsunda, the construction of the embankment reduced the natural width of the beach from 70 to 35 m. During a storm, the waves are no longer extinguished, but, hitting the wall of the embankment, roll back, dragging pebbles into the canyon and constantly absorbing the coast.

For the Baltic coast with flat shores and dunes, it is necessary to create a special microrelief strip by moving service devices from the beach to the forest edges, organizing solariums and aerariums in the coastal park, creating sports and playgrounds, and children's pools at some distance from the beach. If there is a threat of damage to vegetation, the use of certain sections of the beach is temporarily prohibited until the landscape is restored. In table. 4.2 G. Likas's recommendations for the Baltic conditions are given.

Zoning option and area norms (sq.m. per 1 visitor, not less than):

Beaches located on the shores of lakes, rivers and seas have a limited possibility of their operation on cool days, during storms and floods. Artificial reservoirs and pools (with heated sea or fresh water) provide such an opportunity.

At the resort complex "Rusalka" (Bulgaria), engineer. K. Karakashev managed to create an artificial beach on a complex natural landscape by arranging concrete rings with a diameter of 15, 10 and 7 m on a rocky slope, filled with sand and forming 30 sandy beaches, terraces descending to the sea. As the slope of the terrain increases, the size of the rings decreases.

Project relevance: Our small homeland is the village of Consolidated, which will turn 55 in 2020. This is a place where several generations of inhabitants have changed.

How to make sure that the resident of the village remains the custodian of the cultural heritage of the Little Motherland?

In the warm months of the year, outdoor recreation is unconditionally popular in Russia. Most of all, the population prefers rest near water bodies - lakes, ponds, rivers. Sea beach holidays are undoubtedly more popular, however, summer holidays are usually only two or three weeks, and not every Russian has the financial opportunity to spend so much time at the resort. That is why regional recreation areas are no less popular. Today they can be divided into the following types:

Unfurnished ("wild");

Equipped public (free);

Equipped private (paid).

Historically, the first two are in the greatest demand among the country's population, while equipped free recreation areas make up no more than 1% of their total area. The so-called "wild" recreation areas today are often in a deplorable state due to the large amount of waste, the lack of respect for nature on the part of vacationers and the lack of supervision and maintenance of order by the state. In addition, if we talk about "wild" beaches, then there are a number of risk factors associated with relaxing on them:

Lack of sanitary control of water quality;

Unexamined and uncleaned from sharp stones, glass fragments, pieces of metal, etc. bottom;

Lack of lifeguards and medical care.

Project "Improvement of the beach of GO ZATO Svobodny" is of an information-research and practice-oriented nature, aimed at developing the creative initiative and activities of the residents of the village of Svobodny in preserving and ennobling the Little Motherland, organizing meaningful leisure for children and adults, educating citizenship and patriotism.

Prerequisites for the organization local beach there is an increase in the popularity of domestic resorts against the backdrop of a decrease in the overall solvency of the population

In our village there are many military personnel who are not all able to go on vacation in the summer, as well as children. The beach is in demand among freemen, especially in hot weather.

Target - creation of a recreation area and landscaping " wild beach» near Ivsky Pond

Suggested location accommodation- Ivy Pond. The very territory of the beach is a coastal section, 200 meters long and 60 meters deep. The territory is covered with fine river sand, which is planned to be covered with whiter river sand, because. it has a more attractive appearance; it is also more convenient for vacationers to sit on it.

The choice of territory for organizing a beach on the shore of a reservoir is made taking into account the allocation of three zones that are different in their functional purpose. The beach itself is recommended to be located 30-40 m wide along the water's edge. This area is the most visited, it is an open space with changing rooms and equipment necessary for sunbathing (sunbeds). Next to it there is an area for active recreation. It is a strip with a width of 15 to 40 m parallel to the coast, on which there are platforms and areas for playing volleyball, badminton, etc. This zone, compared with the previous one, has a lower filling density. The sports zone is being designed in close proximity to the beach and is its logical continuation.

The arrangement of the territory is carried out at the expense of the administration and sponsors. The beginning of the project implementation - March 2018, the beginning of the operation of the beach - June 2018 -

BEACH REQUIREMENTS

According to Russian legislation, there are a number of rules and regulations according to which the beach can be allowed for the swimming season.

Before the start of work, the beach must be inspected by employees of the sanitary and epidemiological station, after the inspection a written conclusion must be issued on the condition of the beach area and its suitability for swimming. Also, a survey of the bottom of the beach within the boundaries of the swim should be carried out. These procedures are repeated annually before opening. bathing season.

The beach must be equipped with rescue stations with trained personnel.

Swimming areas must have buoy restrictions, for which beach visitors should not swim. All those present are notified of this by means of a loudspeaker, as well as with the help of special signs on the shore.

The bottom of the reservoir on the beach should have a gradual slope to a depth of two meters, and should also be cleared of snags, debris, plants, glass and stones.

Separately, areas should be limited for children and non-swimmers, the depth of this area should not exceed 1.2 meters. On the beaches there should be stands with information about first aid, about the rules of conduct, about the number of sunbeds, awnings and umbrellas to protect from the sun.

On the shore, at a distance of no more than 5 meters from the water, shields with lifebuoys are installed. The circles should contain the inscription "Throw to a drowning man."

Be sure to set up a mast with a yellow flag on the beach, which means that "swimming is allowed" and a black ball with a diameter of 1 meter, which means "swimming is prohibited."

There should be a medical center on the beach equipped with first aid equipment.

There must be dry closets on the beach for the health services to let him go to work. It is also necessary to install urns, at a distance of 8-10 meters from each other.

ENTERTAINMENT

It is also important to ensure not only the availability of infrastructure, but also its high quality. Svobodchane are becoming more demanding to the level of service. For this reason, it is planned to pay special attention to the equipment of the beach. It is planned to create a unified concept for the design of the territory.

Of the infrastructure facilities at the first stage of the project implementation, it is planned to create

          barbeque cafe (without alcohol)

          ice cream mini cafe

          as well as a sports equipment rental office

          dry closets

Any beach should have a whole range of entertainment for every taste. It can be trampolines, catamarans (rent), badminton, beach volleyball.

Security is provided by the security and rescue service.

Project risks. (Appendix 1)
