Round dance of money. How the family of the owner of VIM-avia dumped assets before the collapse

The story of the collapse of the VIM-Avia airline attracts everyone's attention not only because tens of thousands of air passengers were under attack, but also because the Russian president became interested in the case. Vladimir Putin, and became so interested that he even announced incomplete official compliance with the head of the Ministry of Transport Maxim Sokolov and expressed critical remarks to the vice-premier Arkady Dvorkovich in charge of air transport.

The president's criticism comes amid a series of resignations by governors and media reports that the rotation of senior officials may continue.

According to the latest data, law enforcement agencies have detained the CEO and chief accountant of the airline in the case of fraud, in the near future they will be charged, followed by an appeal to the court to select a measure of restraint for the detainees. At the same time, the co-owners of the company fled abroad.

As the official representative of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation told reporters Svetlana Petrenko, detained - CEO"VIM-Avia" Alexander Kochnev and chief accountant Ekaterina Panteleeva.

"Co-owners of the company Rashid and Svetlana Mursekaeva hastily left the country and, according to the data available to the investigation, are abroad. In this regard, measures are being taken to establish their whereabouts,” Petrenko said.

Chronicle of events

The VIM-Avia airline has come under the scrutiny of regulatory authorities before due to frequent delays in its flights, especially charter flights (the company specialized in resort destinations, mainly in Russia, as well as flights to Turkey and Greece). The situation with flight delays escalated on 23 September.

Against this background, the management of the air carrier stated that VIM-Avia did not have enough funds to continue flying due to huge debts for fuel and for the use of airport infrastructure, and that the company was ceasing operations.

The Ministry of Transport and the Federal Air Transport Agency intervened and tried to resolve the situation. Meanwhile, the prosecutor's office began checking, and on September 25, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case.

Criminal case

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case under part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Fraud on an especially large scale”). Investigators suspect the company's management of stealing more than a million rubles from passengers. According to investigators, VIM-Avia knew about the lack of money for aircraft maintenance at airports and for fuel, but they continued to sell tickets.

On September 27, the case against the leadership of VIM-Avia was transferred to the central office of the Investigative Committee.

The company is also handled by the Prosecutor General's Office, according to which, VIM-Avia delays the salaries of employees.

Since it is about in large numbers people who bought tickets from a bankrupt airline, their fate was taken care of by the Ministry of Transport. On September 27, the Ministry of Transport agreed with airports and companies responsible for refueling aircraft with jet fuel that until October 15, all regular flights VIM-Avia will be fully serviced.

Subsequently, all VIM-Avia flights will be transferred to seven other companies, which will be allocated 200 million rubles from the budget for this. Passengers who have bought VIM-Avia tickets for regular flights will be transported by Ural Airlines", i-Fly, Red Wings, Nordstar, "Icarus", " North wind and Yakutia.

The export of passengers of charter flights from abroad will be carried out at the expense of extrabudgetary sources, the Federal Air Transport Agency said.

According to the agency, as of September 27, about 38,000 VIM-Avia customers are abroad, mainly in Turkey. In addition, according to the Federal Tourism Agency, about three thousand tourists from China, who also bought VIM-Avia tickets, got stuck in Russia.

Co-owners of VIM-Avia Rashid Mursekaev and his wife Svetlana, also holding a stake in the airline, left Russia on 26 September and are believed to be hiding somewhere in Istanbul. Interfax was the first to report this, citing its own sources.

According to the publication, the fugitives are in Istanbul and do not get in touch with the Investigative Committee, which has questions for them in connection with the initiated criminal case on fraud.

“Mursekaev left the country on Tuesday, having flown from Sheremetyevo,” a source told the agency.

According to other sources, the Mursekaev couple flew to Turkey from Vnukovo.

Later, information about the possible location of the co-owners of the company in Istanbul was confirmed by other publications.

It was reported that on September 27, Mursekaev was supposed to participate in a meeting with representatives of the Federal Air Transport Agency, to which he did not appear.

“By a telegram, [Mursekaev] was invited to a special meeting due to the fact that he gave an obligation from his own funds to pay current expenses to support the operating activities of [VIM-Avia] in the amount of 50 million rubles,” said the head of the Federal Air Transport Agency Alexander Neradko.

According to the head of the Federal Air Transport Agency, the owner of VIM-Avia never transferred the money.

The situation with the tenth largest air carrier in terms of the number of passengers carried outraged the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, who made rather harsh statements to the Minister of Transport Maxim Sokolov and Deputy Prime Minister in charge of the transport industry Arkady Dvorkovich.

To the head of the Ministry of Transport, Maxim Sokolov, the president even declared "incomplete official compliance."

“Maxim Yuryevich [Sokolov] told me that this company [VIM-Avia] fully met all the criteria,” Putin said at a government meeting.

“If you have developed such criteria, then what are they worth if you can’t see anything behind them? I announce to you an incomplete official compliance,” the president said, addressing Sokolov directly.

Putin also demanded that the head of the Ministry of Transport "quickly and effectively close the problem," noting that, based on the results of the work, he would decide what to do with the declared "incomplete service compliance."

In addition, the President criticized the Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich for the fact that he pays "not enough attention" to the transport industry.

The president's criticism came amid a series of resignations of governors and media reports that the rotation in the highest echelons of power might continue.

The youngest, and more recently the largest charter air carrier in the country, VIM-Avia, whose value is estimated by experts at $60 million, has officially revealed its owner. According to the company's materials, it is 100% owned by entrepreneur Rashid Mursekaev.

Until the last moment, VIM-Avia LLC kept financial performance and information about the owners secret. But now it has become public. The fact that Mursekaev is the owner of VIM-Avia was announced by the company in an investment memorandum. prepared for a bill of exchange loan in the amount of 500 million rubles. (a copy is at the disposal of Vedomosti). The loan is organized by the Region group of companies and Impexbank. An employee of one of these companies, who participated in the writing of the memorandum, specifies that Mursekaev controls all 100% of VIM-Avia's capital. The market guessed that the entrepreneur controlled the company, notes a source close to Mursekaev. But many believed that at least a small package remained with the founder of VIM-Avia, Viktor Merkulov, he adds.

Mursekaev is not a novice in transport, although he took up aviation only in 2003, when VIM-Avia appeared. And Mursekaev began his career in trade together with a fellow countryman from Barnaul, the founder of "Kaskol" Sergei Nedoroslev. At first, the partners were engaged in the supply of Chinese consumer goods - on account of debts for Russian weapons and aircraft. Then they bought up shares of regime and aviation enterprises. In 1997, they separated, and Mursekaev went into business on his own. Of his most famous transactions during this period, the resale of 68% of the shares Far Eastern Shipping Company ex-head of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy Sergey Generalov.

Merkulov was the founder of VIM-Avia." Aviators joke that VIM stands for "Viktor Ivanovich Merkulov". Initially, the company's fleet consisted of four Il-62s and four An-12s. Then Mursekaev bought controlling stake carrier and organized the leasing of 12 used Boeing 757s, thanks to which VIM-Avia has reached today's heights. The seller was the German Condor Flugdienst, a charter subsidiary of Lufthansa. The owners of the airliners, as follows from the memorandum, are still the creditors of VIM-Avia - Meridian-Leasing, Impexbank and Avangard-Leasing. Terms of agreements with them - 3-6 years.

It was not possible to contact Mursekaev and Merkulov yesterday.

Mursekaev acquired a good business. As follows from the memorandum of VIM-Avia, the company's revenue for 10 months of this year amounted to 4.5 billion rubles. Despite the fact that for the whole of last year the same figure was 822 million rubles. The company's recent purchases of other carriers - Chita-Avia, Aerobratsk and Russian Sky, among other things, helped the company move forward, the document says. By October, VIM-Avia had moved from 42nd to 6th place in terms of passenger turnover, surpassing Domodedovo Airlines and UTair, coming close to Transaero. And by the end of the year, the company's turnover should amount to 6 billion rubles, or $210 million, according to the memorandum. True, the profitability of VIM-Avia is not high. For 10 months, its net profit amounted to only 2.6 million rubles, and the return on sales was 0.19%, the document states.

"The company quickly entered the market and in a short time managed to become the sixth largest in terms of traffic," said Mikhail Ganelin, an analyst at CenterInvest Group. In his opinion, today the value of the entire company can reach up to 30% of its annual revenue, i.e. about $63 million.

Airline history

The history of the company begins in 2002, it was named after its first leader Viktor Ivanovich Merkulov (died in 2006). Airline « VIM-Avia» is considered one of the largest charter companies in Russia, part of regular flights in 2010 was only 32.4% of the total passenger traffic. Over the past years, the company's management has paid great attention to domestic flights. In 2011, the company opened flights to many cities of the Russian Federation, including Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Magadan, Barnaul, Novosibirsk and others settlements. During 2009 the number of transported passengers exceeded 1,200 thousand people. Some big cities the number of regular departures was increased to two times a day. VIM-Avia airline performs regular and charter flights to Barcelona, Basel, Rimini and Thessaloniki.

TATARSTAN GOES TOGETHER

Over the past 24 hours, two federal publications at once - The Bell (former RBC team) and Vedomosti - reported that Tatneft agreed to help the VIM-Avia airline, which cancels and delays flights and may completely stop flights due to debts to Domodedovo airport. On Saturday, September 23, the Russian Investigative Committee reported that the carrier had canceled or delayed indefinitely more than a dozen flights, both domestic and international. The head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin instructed to conduct a pre-investigation check on these facts. According to the UK, the delay of 15 flights on September 22 and 23 caused damage to almost 3 thousand passengers.

The main problem, according to information leaked to the media, is the carrier's large debt to Domodedovo for airport services and, above all, for fuel. Debts only to the airport reach 500 million rubles. Here, Tatneft went to meet VIM-Avia, providing Domodedovo with a guarantee letter for payment. Recall that the supply of jet fuel is engaged in the "daughter" of "Tatneft" - "Tatneftyaviaservis". In addition, according to The Bell, Tatneft's Zenit bank also provided material assistance to the airline. According to a source from BUSINESS Online, Tatneft and Zenit are indeed the airline's creditors (it is not known how many of them there are). According to him, VIM-Avia's debt to Zenit exceeds 1 billion rubles. Aircraft and real estate remain as collateral to the bank. Yesterday in Moscow, at the initiative of the Federal Air Transport Agency, a council of creditors of VIM-Avia was held with the participation of Tatneft, Zenit and Domodedovo, as well as a whole group of players. At the meeting, a decision was made to restructure the airline's debts, with which all creditors agreed. For how long, our interlocutor did not specify.

An interesting moment: the airline is registered in Tatarstan, in the village of Bogatye Saby - it changed its registration from Moscow to Tatarstan in February of this year. The owners of VIM-Avia, according to the official information of the airline, are Tatar businessman Rashid Mursekaev and his wife Svetlana. It should be noted that, according to the Kontur.Focus database, VIM-Avia has been credited with Zenit for a long time: 5% of VIM-Avia Airlines LLC is pledged in this bank in accordance with a loan agreement dated December 8, 2016.

Zenit Bank declined to comment on the situation, while Tatneft responded very reservedly. “Yes, we, as fuel suppliers, are one of the creditors, but no more,” the press service of the oil company said in response to our request. And the head of the press service of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Eduard Khairullin, told BUSINESS Online that "neither the government of Tatarstan nor Tatneft have any relation to the VIM-Avia airline and its obligations."

“THE MANAGER IS INTERESTING, INTELLIGENT, BUT HAS NOT CALCULATED HIS FINANCIAL STRENGTH”

Players of the Tatarstan aviation market say that they are well acquainted with the owner of VIM-Avia. “I know Rashid Mursekaev well. He is not from Tatarstan, he is from Barnaul, he is simply an ethnic Tatar. Have known each other for many years. The head is interesting, intelligent, but, unfortunately, he did not calculate his financial strength, ”says Azat Khakim, chairman of the board of directors of Tulpar Group of Companies.

The general director of UVT Aero, Petr Trubaev, also speaks about his personal acquaintance with Mursekaev: “I only wish the best for this airline, especially since I personally know its leader and would like them to get out of this situation faster. I would not want our colleagues, having got into such a situation, to get out of it unworthily.

The source of "BUSINESS Online" in the aviation market told how "VIM-Avia" got to Tatarstan. According to him, Mursekaev planned to develop freight air transportation in the direction of China - Europe through Kazan and, accordingly, intended to "make friends" with the Kazan airport. In order to establish work in Tatarstan, he, on the advice of his business partners, big businessmen, registered a company in Sabah. However, the cargo project did not go ahead (but the registration remained!), and the current one began to experience difficulties. The two main areas of work of VIM-Avia are the charter transportation of tourists and shift workers, the first of which failed. The company developed rapidly, too dynamically, and eventually "undermined its strength," says our source.

However, VIM-Avia entered into relations with Zenit even before the "moving" to Tatarstan - probably back in Moscow. Recall that two years ago Tatneft itself entered the aviation business by purchasing air gate south-east of Tatarstan - Bugulma airport. In Zakamye, the only republican airline UVT Aero left after the bankruptcies of AK Tatarstan and Ak Bars Aero is based (registered as a private individual). The latter has planned to upgrade the fleet, the company now owns seven Bombardiers and two helicopters. Just the other day, UVT Aero received permission from the Federal Air Transport Agency for international flights.

WILL WE FLIGHT?

Judging by the information of our source, after the decision on debt restructuring, flights should resume as normal. Judging by the online scoreboard of the VIM-Avia base airport, the company has a high workload in the next two days and plans flights not only in Russia and neighboring countries, but also to Belgium and China. Today, 10 aircraft of the company are to fly from Domodedovo to Antalya (Turkey), Sochi, Simferopol, Blagoveshchensk, Anadyr, Taiyuan (China), Pevek, Irkutsk, Haikou (China). Another 9 aircraft are to fly to Moscow from Antalya, Krasnodar, Yerevan (Armenia), Liege (Belgium), Dalaman (Turkey), Sochi and Simferopol. On September 26, VIM-Avia scheduled 15 flights to the same cities as today, and 13 more back.

So far, neither the airline itself nor the authorities have given official information about the regularity of flights. Advisor to the head of the Federal Air Transport Agency Sergey Izvolsky, in an interview with BUSINESS Online, said that the official position of the department on the situation with VIM-Avia would be published on the official website of the Federal Air Transport Agency during the day. He refused to give even a rough estimate of the state of affairs because, in his words, the case concerns "the fate of thousands of passengers who have bought tickets."

Elena Fedorova, PR Director of VIM-Avia, told us that the airline is now participating in a meeting of the operational headquarters of the Federal Air Transport Agency, and also held a series of consultations with government agencies that control the aviation industry. “Negotiations are underway with the partners of the airline. AT this moment preliminary agreements have been reached, which should lead to a correction of the situation. A plan is being developed to resolve the situation together with financial institutions that have decided to support the airline. The airline apologizes to passengers for the inconvenience caused,” Fedorova said in response to an official request from our editorial board.

“THEY HAVE VERY COMPETENT MANAGEMENT, THEY HAVE ALWAYS MANAGED TO BE EFFECTIVE”

Experts of BUSINESS Online told about the probable fate of VIM-Avia and what to expect for the airline's passengers.

Azat Hakim - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tulpar Air Group of Companies:

- The situation is really critical, because the airline has had these debts for more than a year and they are constantly negotiating, they are negotiating. But, apparently, the debts have become so critical that the airport will not make any concessions. It is clear that this did not just appear out of nowhere. The airline has acquired a lot of equipment, especially expensive - this is the Boeing 777. There are very large lease payments that need to be paid on time, and it is clear that the airline simply does not financially bear such costs. It is normal for an airline to borrow fuel, but in this case it already indicates that the financial situation is very difficult. If they already owe everyone, then the situation becomes critical. They owe lessors, carriers, overflights, and the worst thing is that they also owe salaries to employees. And when employees work in debt, they work without much zeal. With a greater degree of probability, I think that the company will be forced to stop its operations.

As for government support, there is no state participation in the company, and the Ministry of Transport is unlikely to meet halfway. The fact that tickets have already been sold, passengers need to be transported - we have already gone through this. They will redistribute to other airlines and take everyone out. In my opinion, the Ministry of Transport will make a more balanced decision - to subsidize those airlines that will then take out VIM-Avia passengers.

Oleg Panteleev - Editor-in-Chief of AviaPort.Ru:

— It all depends on what will be the relationship between the carrier and creditors, including service providers. Of course, we had precedents when service providers stopped serving an airline, and in connection with this, the organization ceased its operations. It is unfortunate, but the risks are very high, but no one is interested in stopping the airline, because even for service providers it is quite obvious that the stop of the airline means that a significant part of the debt cannot be repaid. In addition, from the point of view of the government, VIM-Avia is one of the few carriers operating on regular lines to the Far East. The airline flew to Magadan, flew to Blagoveshchensk. From this point of view, of course, it would be important for the carrier to remain, because it increases transport accessibility Far Eastern regions. I repeat once again that a lot depends on creditors, and if the company is nevertheless supported by the government and provides financial guarantees, this will enable the airline to continue flying. In the long term, nothing positive is visible yet.

When traveling, it makes sense for passengers to take a supply of cash with them in order to pay for food, accommodation or transportation to their homes. It is necessary to constantly monitor the readings on the scoreboard, which indicates the parameters of the arrival and departure of the flight, if possible, contact the representatives of the airline. But it is worth noting that, following the example of previous problematic situations, when a particular company was on the verge of stopping or even stopped its flights, the government found an opportunity to redistribute passengers to other airlines. Thus, in some cases, their problems were minimized. If the passenger has a ticket that provides for a refund, then in the event of a long delay, it makes sense to make a refund, and with a high degree of probability the money will be returned quickly.

Roman Gusarov is the editor-in-chief of the industry portal Avia.ru:

- The airline always has a chance of survival, but it all depends on good will and the capabilities of those to whom the company turns to for help. There are both negative and positive outcomes of such a situation. A vivid negative example is the TransAero company, which has accumulated so many debts that its support would make no sense, even with support it would remain unprofitable and would accumulate debts. At the same time, UTair experienced similar difficulties. And here the situation is completely different. Shareholders found an opportunity to support the airline with their resources by negotiating with creditors, restructured debts, optimized the structure of the company, reduced the fleet by about 40 percent aircraft. They lost their positions in the market, made a number of sacrifices, but brought the airline to a positive profitability zone. Yes, it has become smaller in volume, but it has ceased to produce losses, and now it is working quite successfully.

As for VIM-Avia, they have very competent management, they have always managed to be efficient. They were not inclined to any adventures, they did not particularly risk, but they always maintained their financial solvency quite well. And the company's reputation is good, it never had a major failure until this summer, there were no problems with creditors. I think we should support her. No one is interested in reducing market participants. If one or two major airlines a year go and leave at such a pace, then in a few years we can simply remain with one carrier. Monopolization of the market is of no interest to anyone - neither the state nor the passengers. Therefore, an airline with a good reputation could be supported. I would rate the chances of survival 50/50.

- But let me, how did he serve
in cleaning? I didn't appoint him there.
Mr. Shvonder gave him a recommendation.
If I'm not mistaken.
- It is he? - He is.
Only, bastard, overgrown again.

Great company
Founded in 2002, in 2003 acquired the first 4 aircraft.
And then it started - in 2004, the company has already acquired 12 Boeings and has become the leading charter carrier in Russia on the most popular destinations - Turkey, Egypt, Tunisia. Then 4 more Boeings - and already flights to Western and Eastern Europe.
In 2007, VIM-avia became the number one company in the charter market.
In 2008, they began flying under the auspices of the UN. And in 2011, they became the first among the companies flying from the UN.
In 2013, the company carried one and a half million passengers and performed almost 9,000 flights.
In 2015, it has already transported 1,600,000 passengers and performed more than 11,000 flights, of which 10,500 are not charter, but regular.
And in 2016 - already more than two million passengers.
And all this time they were buying, buying, buying planes.
17 Boeings and 6 Airbuses. Of which 4 are owned and the rest are leased...
And suddenly, with such success, everything suddenly ended ..
The company is bankrupt.

Yes Yes. There is such a company. A small LLC-shka, owned by husband and wife Svetlana and Rashid Mursekaev. The authorized capital of the company is 50,000 rubles (fifty thousand rubles). Do not laugh. And there is. 50,000 rubles, of which Svetlana owns 99% (49,500 rubles) and Rashid - 1%, having invested 500 (five hundred) rubles in her own enterprise. It is with these funds that the founders are responsible for all the debts of the company.
And nothing else. Well, still the property of the company. Yes, only it is not theirs, but in leasing. More precisely, all planes bought on lease formally belong to VIM-avia, but the procedure is such that if they are not paid for, then the planes are taken back.
So, if anything, Rashid will give as much as 500 rubles. True, his conscience woke up for a second, and he wanted to pay 50,000,000 rubles for the sins of the office from his own funds, but changed his mind in time and rushed into hiding. But according to the law, he owes 500 rubles. Because the director and chief accountant are responsible for all the affairs of the company. But they are not to blame either. Because they say they didn't steal
So.
The company is registered in the urban-type settlement of Bogatye Saby, Sabinsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan, on Stroiteley street 1a. On the diagram, this street is marked with a red square. By the way, on the Yandex map there are no houses No. 1a along Stroiteley Street. House number 1 is, but 1a is not.

Judging by the registration data, the company assumed a big take-off.
Well, the fall should have turned out not sickly.

And already at this stage questions arise.
How did it happen that SUCH a tiny company, located, how to put it mildly, so as not to offend the Rich Subs, in a remote region of Tatarstan, was entrusted with loans, leasing schemes, and licenses, after all?

Here is the shortest path to the success of the founder of the company:

Mursekaev Rashid Maviyaevich (born in 1965, Barnaul, Altai region, RSFSR, USSR) - Russian businessman, owner aviation company VIM-Avia.

With the shipping company did not work, he took up the aviation business. Professional.
So, the matter is not just dark, but the darkest.

By the way, VIM is Viktor Ivanovich Merkulov, the very founder of the company who sold the company to Rashid. He died in 2006 at the age of 70. This person is really connected with aviation - he was an honored pilot of Russia and the founder of various airlines.

And here's to you financial statements VIM-Avia company with an authorized capital of 50,000 rubles for 2014 and 2015. For 2016, alas, I did not find:

What do we see? And we see a lot of beauty.
For example, fixed assets of the company for 2 billion 455 million rubles.

And debts - for 8 billion. Of these, borrowed funds for 5 billion rubles and debts to creditors for almost 3.
Tell me, please, do you need to be an auditor, or at least an accountant, to be surprised at such a disproportion?

At the same time, there is a receivable in the amount of 3 billion rubles. Who owes VIM-avia?
Leasing companies, whose aircrafts in the amount of 19 pieces are not on the balance sheet of the company for some reason? Or did Mursekaev himself so cunningly persuaded the accountant to spend these funds in this way? Most likely, both. The balance sheet will not tell about this - someone owes the company, and that's it. For some reason, it seems to me that some offshore companies owe VIM-avia companies. Who can't repay their debts! But this is so, nothing unfounded suspicions.

In general, leased property should be accounted for in the fixed assets account. So, everything is complicated. You can't just say that in terms of balance. So yes. The matter is dark.

Can you imagine? All the planes on the company's balance sheet are worth 2.5 billion, and yet someone owes her 3 billion. For what? Who? The version that these are all "insolvent travel agencies" or "airports", or even passengers, can be safely dismissed. Why did the whole country suddenly owe the company such a huge amount? Still offshore. Probably.

Moreover, the profit from the sale of the company in 2015 amounted to only one and a half billion rubles. Net profit in 2015 turned out to be only 626 million, and in 2014 there was a loss in general. This information can be seen in the income statement.

And the company borrows everything, and borrows money. And someone gives her everything and gives them ... In 2015, however, they partially paid off debts, but also borrowed again.
For what?
Unclear.
Obviously not on planes. Because they did not increase on the balance sheet, unlike debts, and fixed assets even decreased by 500 million ..

Apparently, they still frolicked with borrowed funds. Here and there...
As a result, debts of 8 billion rubles accumulated already in 2015, which it was no longer possible to pay back.
And what happened there in 2016-2017 is still unknown.
Probably something terrible.
As a result, the founder had the same "extra" 50 million rubles, which he wanted to give to save the company, which he himself had driven into debt, and apparently not the only ones. And the company has another 2 billion rubles of loans.

Does anyone really think that a hired director and, moreover, an accountant were involved in all this?

Today, they write, the company has a debt of 10 billion rubles, which they owe to credit institutions, lessors, airports, fuel filling complexes. And even if you sell all the property of the company, it will be impossible to cover these debts.

I won't be surprised if Mursekaev is now sunbathing on his island.

I wonder if the auditors saw these blatant disproportions in 2014? And the taxmen? And the creditors, what, were not interested in the state of affairs in the company, where they generously poured money? Banks that issued loans did not care? What about leasing companies?

How did it happen that no one noticed that the company had accumulated debts in the amount of its annual sales proceeds?
And the funny thing is that our founders are not responsible for anything. They are not guilty.
And then it turns out that the director and accountant, too. They paid regularly to the budget and salaries.
Everything else seems to be an internal affair of OOO-shki.
Even a criminal case is impossible.
Whats up? Fraud? Theft?
Who deceived whom? Who was robbed? Well, except for passengers stuck on their routes
Lenders? So they are to blame. These are their risks.
Prove it.
I'm afraid they can't. And the city of Londongrad will get new tenants with millions of accounts in foreign banks.
