This is an inflatable rubber chamber, outwardly resembling pastries of the same name, tubing - from the English tube - a pipe. Each device is provided with two handles to hold on to them during the descent. Cheesecakes come in four sizes in diameter: 80, 95, 110 and 125 centimeters. The session lasts for 45 minutes, then a short break.

The disadvantages include:

  • There is always a long queue at the ticket office and on the hill.

There is currently a large number of safe snow slopes in Moscow. It is good when lifts and tubing rentals are provided. Consider the ski center in Novo-Peredelkino.

There are trails of varying difficulty and height. For beginners and children, the trails that are located in the new Blue Bird quarter are suitable. To overcome fears and in order to hone the technique of skiing on the "cheesecake", the slopes of the "Northern Butovo" ski slope are suitable. On Sparrow Hills, a seventy-meter track will appear before fans of downhill skiing, which is beautifully illuminated in the evenings. Nearby is a kiosk where you can buy hot coffee, tea and various sweets. It provides skiing in the daytime and in the evening. Another extraordinary beautiful place for skiing - Rostokino, where the slopes of the Yauza River serve as slides.

Those wishing to go a little further from Moscow should go to the park (sports and entertainment) - "Yakhroma", which is located in the suburbs. Four ski slopes will appear before you. Deliver special pleasure and give an indescribable feeling air bag for jumping. Not far behind this place is the Volen park, the local toboggan run will be very popular with brave tubing lovers.

Skiing from the mountain has been a favorite pastime for both children and adults at all times. In place of cardboard and plywood, which were placed under themselves, in order to glide better, came comfortable, inflatable sleds - tubing.

Why has tubing become so popular? It is not only safe, but also fun - it invigorates, produces hormones of joy, strengthens family friendships and even entire work teams.

Therefore, many people have a question: where to appear on cheesecakes. Fortunately, there are more than enough places for this. All kinds of slopes in the yard, in the forest, in the park, etc. are suitable for this. If you are not sure that this is yours, or there is no place to store inflatable sleds at home, you can rent a tubing for rent - it is inexpensive and convenient. And also, if you do not ride all the time, or are traveling with a large company, it is easier to rent it.

If you plan to ride with children, it is better to choose not very cool and not very high slides. Although children may be drawn to extreme sports, their safety is paramount. Children can ride on their own on a children's cheesecake, or together with an adult on a large tubing. It is better to be guided by the rule - for small children, a small height, older ones can be allowed to ride from higher slopes.

Snow and ice slides in Moscow parks on the map

How to choose tubing for skiing

The most significant characteristic of the tubing is its outer diameter in the state when the cheesecake is already filled with air.

The dependence of the diameter of the cheesecake on the growth of the skater:

  • Child height up to 110 cm - tubing diameter 65 - 85 cm
  • Height up to 140 cm - tubing diameter 90 - 95 cm
  • Height up to 175 cm suitable tubing 100 - 110 cm
  • For people above 175 cm, tubing with a diameter of 120 - 125 cm can be used

Of course, these recommendations are rather arbitrary. If you are planning to ride together with a child, it is better to choose a tubing a little larger, with a diameter of at least 120 cm. The main thing is to be able to comfortably hold on without flying out of the cheesecake while riding. For this reason, you should not buy a very large tubing. little child for growth. For overweight people, it is better to choose a cheesecake with a larger diameter.

P.S. Prices and conditions for the provision of services for skiing downhill are for guidance only and are subject to change. The list of places for skiing from the mountains in Moscow and the Moscow suburbs on cheesecakes and sleds is not complete.

Roller skating is one of the most beloved and democratic winter entertainment that does not require any special training or sophisticated equipment. You can ride on sleds, ice skates, snow scooters, tubes and even on cartons. But the work of ice slides directly depends on weather conditions.

wild slides

You can find a good hill near the house. Due to the natural unevenness of the relief, many snow hills form in winter. Besides, locals, of course, they know the places where the slides "roll up" every year.

Wonderful slides, gentle and steep, can be found in a large ravine behind the Palace of Pioneers. It is always crowded here, they ride on cheesecakes, and on ice boats, and on sleds, and even on snowmobiles.

Long and rather gentle descents from the hill await guests in the area of the Rostokinsky aqueduct. There are also ice slopes. And for the ascent there are special paths.

You can also have fun on the slides formed with the help of ravines in the Neskuchny Garden.

Let's hope that this winter the weather will still allow fans of downhill skiing to ride and charge with a wonderful mood. But be sure to keep safety in mind. After all, the organizers of such entertainment warn: "Using tubing is your own risk!".
