Like driving for the first time. The first trip to the sea - practical recommendations

We all do something for the first time. When you do something for the first time, you are very afraid or not even afraid, but you internally strain from the fact that you will have to experience something new. It's the same with traveling abroad for the first time. Before my first trip abroad, I was very worried and asked many questions to those who had already been there. And I think it's right. If you are planning to travel abroad for the first time and you have questions, we will try to help you.

What's better? Buy a tour from a tour operator or go wild?

You must have often heard from friends and acquaintances that it is cheaper to go abroad as a savage. Is it true? From ourselves, we note that if you are traveling abroad for the first time, then it is better to buy a tour from a tour operator. At least you will see with your own eyes what a foreign country is. And then decide whether to go wild or through a tour operator.

What is cheaper? Buy a tour from a tour operator or go on your own? It all depends on the direction and time of your trip. Sometimes it's much cheaper to go through a tour operator, sometimes you travel on your own. In any case, you can compare the two travel options and choose the cheapest one.

If you buy a tour from a tour operator, then everything will be organized for you. You pay for the hotel, the plane and provide a transfer (they take you from the airport to the hotel and back). Also around the clock you are in touch with a representative of the tour operator, who can drive up to you at any time. If you are traveling as a savage, then you yourself book a hotel, pay for the plane and get to the hotel. And no one is responsible for you! Also keep in mind that you may have problems with air tickets. The plane may be canceled, or there will be no tickets. And you will have to solve this problem yourself. In addition, the tour operator insures you, which is especially important if you are traveling to exotic country where you can "catch the infection."

Travel alone or with someone?

During my second trip abroad, I was tormented by the question of whether I should go alone or not. What to say? Feel free to go to Europe alone. To Egypt, Turkey, OAU, countries South-East Asia better go together.

Traveling alone has its perks. No one will interfere with you, discover the country for yourself. You can go where you want and do what you want. By the way, a lot of Russians go to European resorts alone, and you can find yourself a couple to relax there.

Air travel questions

If you are not allowed to fly on an airplane, or you are pregnant, then it is better not to risk it. After all, flying by plane is a load on all body systems. And it is not clear how your body will behave. If you have a problem of motion sickness in transport, then be sure to buy special pills for motion sickness, in any pharmacy they will tell you. In addition, on vacation you can have boat trips where you will need the tablets.

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes on the plane. Take a warm jacket with you, it is often cold on planes. Buy yourself a neck pillow. Also remember that you cannot carry piercing and cutting objects, water bottles, glass objects with you on the plane. Therefore, leave all cosmetic bags (for ladies) in a bag that you check in your luggage.

For entertainment, take interesting books or a tablet to watch your favorite movies. Also take a small backpack or bag with you on the plane, where you put the necessary medicines and documents.

Also, be aware that after checking documents and customs clearance, you find yourself in a special area where there are shops duty free and cafe. Here you can drink tea or coffee, buy alcohol, perfumes and other things inexpensively.

Is it necessary to know the language?

One of the most common questions for those traveling abroad for the first time is whether you need to know the language of the country you are going to, or English language?

If you plan to constantly travel, then it is worth learning English at a conversational level. In all countries, people who are associated with the tourism industry know English and are explained in it. So learn English if you want to travel the world.

For those who buy tours to Turkey, Egypt, Spain and Greece, Thailand, we hasten to assure you that it is not necessary to know English. In general, employees of hotels, travel agencies and the entertainment industry can speak some Russian. And in many cafes and restaurants you will find a menu in Russian.

At OJSC, canary islands, in Southeast Asia and other countries less popular with tourists, it is necessary to know English. Otherwise, you will not be able to “normally” eat and navigate the terrain. Of course, our tourists often go to these countries without knowing English, but it's better to explain yourself a little.

For example, if you want to travel around a country outside of tourist routes, and a savage, then be sure to learn English!

Do you need to know the language of the country where you are going? If you are going to an exotic country where the tourism industry is poorly developed, then yes, be sure to learn. If you are traveling to a country where locals They feed on “tourism”, then you can learn colloquial phrases, they will not interfere. And, perhaps, knowing the language of the country will help you discover it from the other side.

By the way, you can learn the language for travel on your own with the help of video courses. Recommended video course “Express English course for travelers (3 hours of video).

Fundamentals of Security Abroad

If you are traveling abroad for the first time, then pay attention to security issues. First, be sure to read the information about the country where you are going. On the website of the tour operator for each country where there are tours, there is a memo that tells about the basic laws and customs that will provide you safe rest. You can ask a travel agent to print you such a memo. And of course, do not go to areas where foreigners are not recommended to be. Strictly follow all the recommendations of the tour operator regarding safety!

As soon as you check into the hotel, be sure to rent a safe. This is usually inexpensive. Store documents, phones, money and valuables in a safe. Every hotel has safes.

If you plan to actively travel around the country, then buy yourself a tourist backpack with secret pockets where you can put all your valuables. And don't leave this backpack unattended! In general, even if you are going to "lie" on the beach, then take a backpack. It is easier to pull things out of the bag, or tear them out of your hands. As you already understood, watch your things abroad!

Are you going on vacation to an exotic country? Excursion tours buy from tour operators. Still, they guarantee your safety. When buying tours from the "left" agencies, there is a risk of suffering financially and harming health.

And remember that all insurances are canceled if something happens to you while intoxicated. You will pay for all treatment and so on, and all these services abroad are quite expensive. So don't drink too much! In addition, in a state of intoxication, you can lose money and documents.

Take on a trip abroad medicines that you personally need, also for the treatment of the stomach, intestines, anti-inflammatory and colds, temperature. Often, from climate change and cuisine, tourists have a fever, or there are problems with the intestines. This is called acclimatization. Or because of ignorance of the kitchen, you can simply eat something from which your digestion is disturbed. So get ready!

Money

Another question that tourists who go abroad for the first time ask is what to do with the money. Firstly, ask your friends who have already been to this country, how much money they spent on the trip, or read the reviews of tourists on the Internet.

Literally plan all your travel expenses. Determine the budget and emergency stock. Here is the amount of money and exchange in Russia. And when traveling, strictly follow the budget. You can take with you and bank card. But suddenly you will not be able to withdraw money abroad?

As we noted earlier, it is better to keep money in a hotel safe. Carry small amounts of money with you. Firstly, you will spend less on various trifles, and secondly, in case of theft, loss of money from a backpack or clothes, the money will remain in your hotel safe.

And we also note that do not be afraid and boldly go abroad for the first time. The same people live there as in Russia. If you follow their rules and respect, everything will be fine. And you will discover another world. And never lose your vigilance!

It is possible that you have more questions, but before my trip abroad for the first time, I was interested in all this. And after my first trip, I answered my questions exactly like that.

The first difficulty that novice motorists face is the smooth starting of the car. I pressed the pedal a little wrong, and that's it - the car will stall or will drive jerkily. But all this does not matter, because every experienced motorist once learned to drive a car in the same way. And today we will delve into this issue in detail and find out,

What needs to be done?

You have three pedals and a gear knob. On cars with an "automatic" there are only two: gas and brake - and, frankly, there is nothing to learn there. In the case of an automatic transmission, the electronics do everything for you, so the question of “how to start the car and drive” is not so acute there. It is much more difficult to master the skill of driving with mechanical box. Therefore, we will consider it precisely. So, how to get under way in a car? First, before turning the ignition key, it is necessary to assess the situation: if the car is on a slope, while the first gear is engaged, there is a risk that if it is done incorrectly, it will go or roll down the hill. To prevent either one or the other from happening, we press the brake and squeeze the clutch pedal.

When the car starts up, we press the leftmost pedal again (at the same time, if the car is on a slope, do not release the brake) and move the gearshift lever to the desired position. It is not recommended to start in second or even worse third gear. Firstly, this is a big load on the engine, and secondly, the car simply will not go or will immediately stall.

We gently release the clutch pedal and press the gas with the same effort until the tachometer needle rises to the green scale. So, you felt that the car began to move slowly. So that it does not stall further, continue to vary the two pedals with the same effort. At the same time, press the gas a little more confidently, but not to the floor, so that the car does not crash into the nearest obstacle. When the clutch is fully released, we continue to move until a shift to an upshift is required. Do not be afraid to press on the gas pedal due to the fact that the car is about to fly. Slowly press on it, and everything will be fine. With experience, you will develop this skill.

We switch gears

We have already considered the question “how to start off in a car correctly”, now let's move on to how it is right. In principle, there is nothing complicated here, and the algorithm of action is very similar. Before driving the car in second gear, remember that you first need to wait until the engine picks up the required speed. When the tachometer needle leaves the green scale, we begin to move on to switching. First, we squeeze the clutch, move the gearshift lever to the neutral position for one second, after which we turn on the second one according to the scheme. The second action is necessary in order to reduce the load on the transmission gears when changing gears. Now, as in the first case, release the clutch and step on the gas. Do the same when switching subsequent speeds.

Conclusion

So, we found out the main nuances when starting the car and switching gears. At this stage, the question of "how to get under way in a car" can be considered closed.

There are many families in which spouses work in different cities and for this reason also one must constantly travel by train. For students who study in distant educational institutions, the train is also the only possible mode of transport to move. In general, the options when you may need to travel by train are the sea. What should a person know when traveling by train, because here, as everywhere, there are rules and regulations. So, the first thing we start with is buying a ticket, of course.

Buying a ticket

When buying a ticket, you should always remember that the safest places on the train are in the cars that are located in the middle of the train. Usually the tail of the train shakes if the train is going fast, for this reason it is not always comfortable to ride in the last cars. Keep this in mind when buying a ticket, unless, of course, you have plenty to choose from. If you want to travel by train in the summer, when it is especially hot and stuffy, do not buy a ticket in a compartment that has an emergency window. Usually this is the third and sixth compartments, here the window does not open. And this, as you know, is not at all happy in the heat.

Packing a bag for the train

If you plan to travel by train more than one, you may need a lot of things that you need to put in your bag or suitcase right away. Of these necessary things on the way, first of all, change of clothes can be named. If you are traveling in the summer, prepare some summer clothes to change into on the train, as well as some flip flops. Do not forget to put warm clothes, which will come in handy even in summer when moving by train. The nights are cold. Moreover, air conditioners often work in the cars and the windows are open. Therefore, many catch colds and quite strongly on the train.

Ask the conductor for a blanket. If you are traveling in a colder season, you will need warmer clothes and changeable shoes - closed. It is worth considering that the weather can change dramatically along the way. As a rule, train passengers always go out at stops to get some fresh air, which means that you can’t do without extra clothes.

Find out right away what documents you might need. Usually this is a passport, a birth certificate of a child, tickets. If you are crossing the border, then find out in advance what documents you may need.

First aid kit on the train - an indispensable thing

Be sure to take a first aid kit with you on the train. It should contain medicines for colds, headaches, indigestion, wound care products (this is cotton wool, bandage, plaster, iodine or brilliant green, alcohol). Also, if you suffer from some chronic diseases, such as, for example, bronchial asthma or diabetes, do not forget to take with you on the train and always keep medicines and essentials close to you. This may be an inhaler or insulin, depending on the disease. The same goes for people with heart disease.

Personal hygiene products are also basic on the train. Such essential items include wet and dry wipes, toothpaste and brush, toilet paper and soap, towel, shaving kit and other personal items that you are used to using every day.

Food on the train

It's no secret that on the train you feel like eating, apparently, this is due to the stress that a person experiences when moving somewhere. So, what to take with you to eat on the train? These should be products that can lie for a long time and not deteriorate. If you really want to eat homemade food on the train, then cook it just before leaving the house and eat it immediately after you get on the train. The same can be said about dairy products, sausages, meat products and eggs, which quickly spoil and disappear. Especially if you are traveling by train in the hot summer, when the compartment is unbearably stuffy and spoils even what has lain for no more than half an hour.

Universal products that are customary to eat on the train include instant noodles and porridge, fruits, vegetables (hard), nuts, cookies, canned food. Other products are also suitable, which can be stored for a long time or are ready-made food, which is enough just to brew with boiling water. Therefore, many often take dry potatoes on a trip: brewed - and that's it, dinner is ready!

Take drinking water with you on the train. It can be both carbonated water and without gases. You can buy coffee or just prepared tea from the conductor. Boiling water in the carriage is issued free of charge. You just need to take a cup or glass from home with you. Although plastic cups are often sold on the train, this is not a fact. Why take the risk and end up without tea or buy tea from the conductor, which usually, like everything on the train, costs three or even four times more than the usual cost. The same applies to cigarettes, beer, carbonated drinks, fruits, berries and ice cream. Therefore, they usually buy a lot of packs of cigarettes before traveling by train, so as not to overpay later.

We go, we go, we rush - we have fun ...

Well, you took everything with you, maybe even managed to eat. And now what? Many who travel by train for the first time are very bored and do not know what to do with themselves. Many, without thinking about it for a long time, just buried in the wall, sleep all the way, getting up only to eat and drink tea. For some, this is acceptable, but for others it seems terrible.

If you are one of those restless people who cannot sleep for days on end, but like to do something all the time, even on the train, you should take care of your leisure time in advance. What might you need? Take books, magazines, backgammon and crossword puzzles with you. In general, it can be something else, something that you love. Many people take a player with them on the train and listen to their favorite radio station or CDs all the way. Now you will not surprise anyone with passengers with laptops on the train, who watch movies and their favorite TV shows here. It is clear that in order to watch or listen to music, movies, humorous programs, or anything on the train, you must take headphones with you.

Get ready for the fact that at almost every stop on the train, local sellers will come in and offer anything: coffee, tea, magazines, ice cream. But you remember, we have already figured out: you can buy everything from them only three to four times more expensive. If this is acceptable to you, then you are right. If not, then everything that you love, buy in advance.

By the way, it is on the train that many begin to learn English, create websites, in general, do what they have long wanted and dreamed of, but for which there was always no time due to work or family affairs. That's something to think about too, isn't it?

Be that as it may, if you take care of your train trip in advance, you can save yourself from a lot of trouble and even problems. Easy path for you!

Drivers are not born, drivers are made. Believe me - almost all motorists, including dashing minibuses, who are able to simultaneously steer, switch, drink coffee, talk on the phone and count change in dense city traffic, were once beginners who, at the first independent trips His hands were shaking and his back was sweating.

So, you are a beginner who has recently received a license and is slowly rolling kilometers along the well-known streets of his city. After weeks or months (everyone is different), you already have a more or less tolerable skill in urban driving and begin to notice with satisfaction that the driving process ceases to be continuous stress for you.

After a while, you begin to enjoy driving.

However, sooner or later in the life of almost any novice driver comes another stage that can spoil a lot of nerve cells.

We are talking about the need for the first exit to the suburban highway. Believe me, this is a very important moment, because the experience of a beginner's trip on the track can have a great influence on his further development as a driver.

How to go to the track for the first time for a beginner? In this article, we will try to form some useful advice for those who are going to go to the expressway for the first time in their lives.

In general, for beginners on suburban highways for the first time after obtaining the rights to leave without special need is not worth it. But, there are situations when circumstances force a beginner to get behind the wheel and go to conquer their first kilometers of federal highways.

Leaving the track, first of all, get rid of the illusion that you are already an experienced driver. The fact that you have stopped stalling when starting off and have learned to start uphill almost without a rollback does not mean anything at all. You must clearly realize that you are an inexperienced beginner on the track.

From the point of view of the driving process itself, driving on the highway, in itself, is no more difficult than in the city. And even vice versa, to some extent easier (less maneuvers, fewer movements, everyone goes in the same direction). But, at the same time, it is much more dangerous, since the price of a mistake is incredibly high here. After all, if an accident in the city is, as a rule, only broken iron repair, then on the track often everything ends much more deplorably. The vast majority of road traffic fatalities or serious injuries occur on highways where cars travel at very high speeds.

Are you afraid to overtake a truck that is traveling at 70 km / h, because you see the risk in this? Don't overtake. Follow her 2, 3, 5, or at least 20 kilometers and overtake her only in the place where you will have one hundred percent confidence in the safety of the maneuver. Time will pass - you will learn to more objectively assess the degree of risk on the tracks and overtaking a truck will cease to be a whole event for you. But while you still do not know how to do this - do not take risks in vain. Remember - at home they are waiting for you alive and unharmed.

Are you afraid to drive more than 100 km / h, because you have not yet learned how to fully control the car at such speeds and feel discomfort? Eat slower. 80-90 km / h for the highway is quite a normal speed with which most trucks move.

However, driving very slowly on the track is also not recommended, since there is a high risk that some racer at 160 km / h could fly behind him, who could not foresee that a car was moving ahead of him at a snail's speed.

On highways with traffic in several lanes, try not to climb into the leftmost lane unless absolutely necessary - drive in the right lane.

Be sure to indicate in advance all your maneuvers on the track with turn signals. In principle, this should be done at all times and everywhere, but on the freeway this rule is especially relevant, since it is customary to drive at high speeds and there may not be enough time to orient yourself in a given situation.

Before overtaking, rebuilding, turning, be sure to look at the mirrors - it often happens that someone behind you has already started overtaking before you.

Always keep your distance from the vehicles in front and read the traffic situation in advance. Don't count on your brakes, no matter how good they are. If you notice that the traffic ahead has slowed down, you do not need to approach it headlong and then famously brake - this is a very bad habit that is inherent in thoughtless and adventurous drivers. It is much easier and safer to release the gas pedal in advance.

When leaving the track, remember: your safety is in your own hands!

Everything happens for the first time, including the first trip with a child to the sea. Many delay this moment, fearing the difficulties that may arise during a long and distant journey, however, the completely natural fear of parents is not a reason to deprive the baby of the pleasure of splashing in sea water. If you're afraid, don't do it, but if you do it, don't be afraid. So if you are already going on vacation, discard your fears and follow the instructions - then you will not disappear anywhere.

Before changing the climate zone, be sure to consult with your pediatrician. The fact is that children are more difficult to acclimatize, so many parents are not recommended to take their children to the sea until they reach 3-5 years of age. The acclimatization process itself consists of two components - getting used to the local climate and getting used to microorganisms that enter the body with food, water and air. Adults are less susceptible to these influences and therefore get used to everything much faster, although there are exceptions. It is more difficult for a child to rebuild, since his body has not yet been trained by such loads.

At the same time, consult with your doctor what medicines you should take with you, what should be included in the children's first aid kit. As a rule, the standard set of a traveling mother is as follows:

  • antipyretic (Panadol, Nurofen, etc.);
  • immunomodulators (Viferon);
  • remedies for the common cold of three types: washing (Aquamaris, Aqualor, etc.), vasoconstrictor (Nazivin, Otrivin, etc.) and treatment (Isofra, Vibrocil, Collargol, etc.);
  • ointment "Rescuer" from bruises, burns and other injuries;
  • remedy for burns (spray "Panthenol", "Solcoseryl");
  • painkiller for the ears (Otinum, Otipaks);
  • analgesics (No-shpa, Analgin);
  • antihistamine (Suprastin, Tavegil);
  • cough medicines (syrup or spray);
  • gastric agents (Linex, Smecta, etc.);
  • remedies for poisoning (Regidron);
  • dressings: sterile bandages and cotton wool, bactericidal and simple adhesive plaster, rubber band, sterile gauze wipes;
  • accessories: pipettes, mercury thermometer, disposable gloves, sharp scissors, tweezers, compress paper, syringe, measuring cup, vent tube, nasal aspirator;
  • herbs: chamomile, motherwort, wild rose, sedative collection, chest collection (including children's), linden blossom;
  • if your child has any chronic or specific diseases, then most likely you will have to replenish your medicine cabinet with some special drugs that the doctor will recommend to you;
  • as well as baby cream, sunscreen with maximum protection for the child, mosquito and other insect repellent (cloves essential oil).

Make sure to know all the dosages in advance and be sure to take the number mobile phone your pediatrician.

Documents and customs

There are unwritten rules according to which you can go through customs with preschool children without a queue. These rules apply to all countries, so if the child is tired or you are having a hard time, then it is quite normal to ask the customs officers to let you skip the line.

When traveling abroad, you must have everything with you. Required documents. If a minor child goes on a trip without parents, then he must have with him:

  • international passport,
  • written notarized consent of both parents to his departure, accompanied by a specific person, indicating the dates of departure and entry, route and purpose of the trip.

In the event of a child leaving with one of the parents According to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On the Procedure for Departure from the Russian Federation and Entry into the Russian Federation”, the consent of the other parent is not required. See Art. 20 “A minor citizen of the Russian Federation, as a rule, leaves the Russian Federation together with at least one of the parents, adoptive parents, guardians or trustees. If a minor citizen of the Russian Federation leaves the Russian Federation unaccompanied, he must have, in addition to his passport, a notarized consent of the named persons for the departure of a minor citizen of the Russian Federation, indicating the date of departure and the state he intends to visit.

But the legislation in our country is far from practical, so the border guards may require the consent of the second parent in writing, certified by a notary. So it is not recommended to leave without this paper. Moreover, in many countries this consent is mandatory.

Such consent is not required in the legal absence of the second parent, which must be confirmed by relevant documents, such as:

  • mother's book (previously it was called the book of a single mother);
  • death certificate of the other parent;
  • document on deprivation of parental rights;
  • statement of the second parent about the abandonment of the child;
  • a document from the court proving that the location of the other parent cannot be determined.

If the child is traveling with his parents, then it is enough to take a passport and a birth certificate, if the family has different surnames. It is also important to know that a child over 6 years old must be photographed, and his photo pasted into the parents' passports.

Flight

For everyone popular resorts for a long time there are all conditions for receiving even the smallest travelers. Mother and child room is an essential attribute of any airport. However, when traveling with a baby on vacation, you need to take into account a number of features of such a trip.

According to the rules adopted by almost all airlines in the world, children under the age of 2 fly on airplanes for free. Business class flights fall into the category of exceptions, where you need to pay 10% of the ticket price for a child. In either case, there will be no separate place, and the baby flies, sitting on the lap of the parents. Baby cradles on board should be provided free of charge, the only question is whether there will be enough for everyone, so the airline must be notified in advance about this kind of trip. You will also be easily allowed to take a stroller into the salon, only you will have to remove the wheels from it. Both with a cradle and with a stroller for a flight, you will need the first row of seats. There are no changing tables on the plane, so everything will have to be done on your hands. And finally, remember that in southern airports very stuffy, so stock up on water for your little one.

Hotel

In hotels, children live for free, however, you need to warn the administration in advance that you will have a baby with you. Children's beds must be in all hotels, and three types - a playpen bed, a daybed with a side or a single bed for older children. In 4 and 5 star hotels, the baths are sterile, so you can bathe a child without any fear. Therefore, when traveling abroad with a baby, it is best to take rooms in good, proven hotels. There are practically no problems with diapers, toys and other things necessary for a child.

For babies older than a year in 5-star hotels there are special day and night nannies. Her services are paid locally and cost around $10-15 per hour. Moreover, during the day the child can be in the playroom, and at night he will be brought to your room. Whether to leave the baby under the supervision of a stranger is up to you. If you don’t want to, then just buy a baby monitor, but then you won’t be able to go far from the room. For formula-fed babies, care must be taken to ensure that there is, where and how to make a mixture for night feeding. As practice shows, it is not so easy to find hot boiled water in a hotel in the middle of the night. In any case, you have to constantly run back and forth. So the easiest way is to buy a special camping kettle so that you can warm the water without leaving the room.

Food and water for your baby

Good for those whose child is breastfed. No problem, drink and food are always with you. Other mothers have a harder time. The hotels have a children's table, but it is designed for kids with teeth who can chew and do not have food allergies - omelettes, meatballs, yogurt, ice cream, juices. In the resort shops, as a rule, the food familiar to our children is not available. And other brands may not be suitable due to a different composition of the water. So products for a baby or an allergic child (cereals, mixtures, etc.) will have to be taken with you. For older kids, adult food ground in a blender or using a mixer is suitable.

As for water, the baby should only be given bottled water to drink, and it would be nice to bring it with you - the baby will not need much. In no case do not give water from the tap, and try not to drink it yourself.

First access to the sea

For the sake of preserving the health of your child, it is worth remembering that the beach for the baby is an extreme zone. And than less baby, the greater the risk. So the parents will not be able to unwind in the sun, if only they are on duty in turn, without letting the child out of sight.

According to most doctors, south beach- not the most the best place for the breast. So try to find shade, be it a grove, a wood, a shed or an open bungalow - anything is better than a sunny spot. Kids can fully explore the beach no younger than a year old. And still, exposure to the sun should be strictly dosed. For the formation of vitamin D, which is useful to the baby in winter, the body is quite enough ultraviolet radiation received in the shade. But even in the shade, panamas, caps or scarves are needed, since the child’s head is easily vulnerable and he can get sunstroke. Do not overheat children, but do not let them burn, do not ignore complaints of weakness, headache or nausea. At the first signs of overheating, the baby needs coolness, a constant influx fresh air, drinking plenty of water, ice on the head and on the back of the neck.

The best time to visit the beach is from 7 am to 10 am and after 4 pm in the south, from 9 am to 12 pm and from 4 pm to 6 pm in middle lane.

Always take the strongest sunscreen with you to the beach, lots of drinking water and burn spray.

Do not put a diaper on the child, this will quickly lead to heat stroke, but do not keep him naked - the child can catch an infection, and sand that gets into the genitals will cause irritation. It is best to wear light panties made of natural fabrics for the baby.

According to doctors, eggs of human ascaris and other unpleasant microorganisms are often found in beach sand. Therefore, make sure that the baby does not drag sand into his mouth and everything that has been on it - a bottle, a pacifier, a toy ...

You also need to bathe your baby carefully, especially for the first time. It would be nice to organize contrasting procedures for him before going to the sea - air baths, dousing and rubbing. After bathing the baby, you must immediately change into dry clothes, otherwise he may catch a cold. The average comfortable water temperature for children is 22-24 degrees Celsius. In the middle lane, the conditions are different - no colder than 20 degrees.

You need to go into the water only after staying in the shade, strong contrasts are harmful to kids. Keep bandages, cotton wool, peroxide and iodine ready to quickly treat the wound if the baby steps on any splinter or sharp shell. Avoid jellyfish and others marine life many of them are poisonous. After bathing, dry your baby's ears with a cotton wick.

Follow the rules of behavior on the beach, do not swim when the waves are above 3 points, beware of catamarans and jet skis, which are driven along the coast by drunken extreme lovers. Keep an eye on the child, do not leave him for a moment alone, even if he can swim.

If the baby still choked, then as an emergency, you can put him with his stomach on your knee so that the head is below the level of the body, while the legs can be raised. Applying slight pressure, massage the back, making sure that water pours out of the mouth (before that, you need to release the sunken tongue with two fingers). If a cardiac arrest has occurred, this measure is not enough - you will need a closed heart massage and artificial respiration, which not everyone owns. That is why doctors warn - relax with your child in places where there is special coastal medical care. Or take a special first aid course.

Have a nice holiday!
