I suggested bringing Corvalol and Validol or calling an ambulance. You yourself told me that it was not necessary and suggested that the employee drink tea and lie down. He was taken to the locker room, where I came after some time to check how he was feeling, but at that time there was no one there.
For food and menu. I sent you the menu to order. I do not dissuade customers from ordering, but I can only advise on the menu, if necessary. I did not give advice on reducing the number of dishes at your holiday. At your request, our chef prepared dishes not listed in our menu. Those cuts that you added, you brought with you from breakfast, to which we also closed our eyes in the form of a bonus for you, because. we do not allow you to bring your own cuts to the banquet.
At the end of the evening, we gave out food boxes so that you could take everything that was left with you. If people left hungry, how could food be left on the tables in such quantity that boxes were required for it?
On an active program. We discussed the tasks with you a day and a half before the event by phone. We decided that the basis active rest is the program "Big Races", but with the inclusion of paintball in it, and also, you supported my idea with the addition of a military theme. And we agreed that part of the stages in the military direction remains at our discretion, based on experience. In other words, the right to change \ add \ replace certain stages of the basic program "Big Races" was received from you in advance.
When it became clear during the team building that one of the stages - paintball, captivated your employees more than other games, I offered to add balls for the game to you for free, so that people would enjoy the rest. You didn't use it, but it's your right.

On my own initiative, I went to supervise your event (for free) and resolved absolutely all the issues that could arise both in advance (for example, replacing the PAZ with a more comfortable bus, again at no extra charge), and at the event. Guests arrived 40 minutes ahead of schedule. In order not to freeze and not to stand idle, we immediately started an active program, moving everything an hour earlier, which, believe me, was not easy to do. Because of this, we had to urgently call all the attendants (cooks, waiters), the presenter, DJ, buses, an hour earlier.
