The cooler is located in the lobby of the entrance on the first floor, it would be necessary to have your own on each floor, or at least through the floor, it is inconvenient to go down from the upper floors. Inventory on the beach is expensive. There is no rental of sports equipment at the playgrounds (table tennis, for example, there are tables - you can either buy rackets or bring them with you).

Friendly, helpful staff. Cleaning - daily, 5 points. The rooms are clean, the furniture is modern, almost new. The presence of patios with a playground for two buildings. Lawn care - watering every evening, mowing - every day somewhere they do something. Green spaces in the neighborhoods and around - just paradise! There are enough cafes, canteens, shops, pharmacies in the quarters. There are first aid posts. The sports ground in the Russian House is simply a masterpiece! The children's town in the Ekaterininsky quarter is fabulous. There are tour desks on the territory of the quarters, you don’t need to look for anything, they will tell you everything and advise you. The hotel's beach is huge, equipped with everything you need, Equipment rental (chaise lounges, umbrellas, sofas) is available. Animators on the beach constantly offer entertainment for children. Lifeguards are in constant attention, they are very worried about all the vacationers on the beach.

The lamps on the bedside tables didn’t work, the floors weren’t vacuumed, once they didn’t leave fresh towels for the body, and after a call about this, a woman brought it, who, instead of apologizing, began with the phrase: “what are you doing with the towels?”, although I clearly said when I called that there are no large towels. Air conditioning in room 205 practically does not freeze, I would like to have a kettle in the room - you want to drink tea both in the morning and in the evening, but for this you need to run to the dining room? Probably not. The door to room 201 jams all the time and the lock must also be closed. The courtesy of the cleaning staff leaves much to be desired, of course there is no rudeness, but the feeling welcome guest does not leave. In case of poisoning, I called the first-aid post at the hotel - they answered that they could not help in any way, call an ambulance. Why are they needed there then, if even with a slight poisoning they are powerless. The ambulance arrived - made claims that they were called, although there is a first-aid post. The hotel’s medical care is at level 0. I would have died in the room, they would have known only when they came to clean the room - the desire to help from the staff and the professionalism of the medical workers at level 0. The sink siphon was very clogged, that the water barely drained, no one checks and cleans it .
