The S7 Group agreement with Energia provides for the lease of the ISS from 2024 to organize an orbital cosmodrome, says a person close to one of the parties to the transaction. For 10 years, the global market for commercial space launches has almost doubled and amounted to about $215 billion in 2016, Filev's presentation says. Almost $95 billion came from the United States.
