Metro to Copenhagen Airport

Train from Copenhagen Airport

Through Terminal 3 of the airport there is a railway line from neighboring Sweden. By train you can reach central station Copenhagen (Copenhagen Central Station) in 14 minutes. Departure during the day every 10 minutes, at night every 20-30 minutes.

The cheapest way to get from Copenhagen Airport to the center is by metro, train or bus.

The metro is the fastest and cheapest way to get from the airport to Copenhagen. The metro is located at the very end of terminal number 3 of the Kastrup airport. During the day, metro trains run every 4-6 minutes, at night - every 15-20 minutes (the metro in Copenhagen runs 24 hours). You can reach the center of Copenhagen in about 15 minutes. Tickets can be purchased from special vending machines in the Terminal 3 building or directly from the driver. Keep in mind that the driver only accepts payment in coins! The fare depends on the Copenhagen transport zone you are heading to.

Metro is another mode of transport that connects Copenhagen with the airport. Finding it is easy: Lufthavnen station is located on the second floor of Terminal 3. Travel time to the nearest Nørreport junction station is no more than 13 minutes. Tickets can be purchased on the platform and their price also depends on the transport zone you are heading to.

In the building of Terminal 3, there is an additional railway station, from where, if desired, you can go not only to other cities in Denmark, but also to neighboring Sweden.
