1. Check-in We arrived at the hotel at about one o'clock in the afternoon. We were immediately sent to lunch. We checked in exactly at 14:00. Before this they said that the rooms were not ready yet. For an extra charge of $20 they offer a room with a sea view. It overlooks the pool, where it is quite noisy during the day, so we refused. By the way, when checking in, we filled out a small form, where we indicated that we were newlyweds, but we never received any compliments from the hotel during our entire stay in Turkey (in case this information would be relevant to someone). 2. Room Even though there were two of us, we were given a triple room and very spacious. Apparently, there are simply no smaller rooms in the hotel. The furniture is slightly shabby, but not striking. The wardrobe door did not close, it constantly rolled back into reverse side. Husband several timesI ended up in a contrast shower, which someone wrote about here earlier. I didn’t feel this myself. 3. Cleaning Clean as God pleases. They may change one towel out of two, or they may not change it at all. The bar was not always replenished. Once we asked the cleaning lady to come in 10 minutes, but no one cleaned the room that day. 4. Staff We did not notice any discrimination based on the color of the bracelet. Absolutely all the hotel employees were welcoming and friendly with us. The waiters were always interested in what drinks to bring us and quickly removed dirty dishes from the tables. Olga, whom many people scold here, turned out to be quite a nice girl. Of the reception staff, only she knows Russian in full. The rest speak English or German. Yes, you need to understand that not everyone knows Russian, because... 70% of vacationers at the hotel are foreigners (mainly Germans and Poles). This is especially felt in the daytime, when most of our fellow citizens go to the sea, and only German is heard by the pool. 5. Hotel inside The hotel looks a little tired, but still modern. I would like to dwell on two points in more detail. The first is the elevator. The hotel's number of rooms is so large that we did not always wait for the elevator. The central elevator, in general, has such a feature that you need to press the call button in the opposite direction of your travel (if you are going down, press the up arrow and vice versa). Don't believe what is written on the ad. This is a Turkish flaw. The second is the hall. In the evenings, an unrealistic number of guests accumulate in the hall, but sooner or later there was always a place. The Internet worked flawlessly, even despite large number willing. There is no WI-FI reception either in the restaurant, on site or in the rooms. 6. Food The food turned out to be very tasty and varied. For example, during a week of staying at the hotel, I counted 5 types of fish (and this is only in hot dishes). Mussels, squid and peeled small shrimp were served several times, and unpeeled king shrimp once. It's surprising that there wasn't a line behind them. Apparently, people can’t see beyond their own noses, and then write angry reviews. I also really liked the grilled vegetables and turkey. A huge selection of salty snacks, in particular cheeses. The same can be said about sweets. Be sure to try real baklava - it will blow your mind! On the last day I tried the puddings, they are different from store bought ones. Fruits include apples, oranges, grapefruit, peaches (very juicy), plums, kiwi, watermelon and melon. The latter, by the way, are no better than in our city. The soda did not seem diluted to me, especially since you can always ask not to put ice. The juices are also, in my opinion, ordinary. If desired, a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice can be purchased at breakfast for 1 dollar or euro. Non-alcoholic cocktails are not for everybody, because... They add something like jam, which has a chemical taste. By the way, milkshakes are not listed on the menu, but they do make them - just ask. Once a week you can visit an a la carte restaurant for free (Turkish, Chinese, Italian or fish to choose from). We were in Turkish and rolled out like balls. The food is delicious and a lot! We didn’t find anything in common with the menu in the main restaurant - we were treated, indeed, traditional dishes Turkish cuisine. 7. Sea It’s literally a minute’s walk to the sea via an underground passage (through it you also get access to bus stop). The sea is clean and beautiful, but the bottom is heterogeneous: sometimes small pebbles, sometimes large ones, sometimes boulders. Personally, it was VERY painful for me to go into the water, so I would advise you to buy special slippers (you can do this directly at the hotel). Alternatively, enter the water from the pier. True, it’s quite deep there, and the shore is quite far away. Calculate your strength. There really is not a single hotel nearby, and as a result, there is no crowd of people on the beach. There was no problem finding a free sunbed either on the sea or by the pool. 8. Territory The hotel territory is huge, especially if you explore it from beginning to end. The main disadvantage of everything hotel complex– not a single pointer! If I had not read the reviews in advance, we would never have made it to the mini-zoo, football field and a children's playground. The pools are located at a decent distance from each other. If you want to relax in silence, there is a relaxation pool on the right side of the hotel, where there are usually few people and you can’t hear the music. 9. Entertainment We spent almost all our free time from eating and sunbathing on the tennis court, basketball court, water park or playing ping pong. Lighting for sports fields is paid - $20 per hour; you can’t play in the cooler parts of the day. Tennis rackets are provided at the reception. The water park is open from 10 to 12 and from 15 to 17 hours. Nobody really cares about security, so be vigilant. The amusement park is not really open, but there is a good playground behind it. Children's animation is standard, as in all Turkish hotels. In my opinion, the animator is not bad, children were drawn to him. However, I agree that the hotel is more for adults. Bad reviews were written about the evening show, but for some reason the amphitheater was sold out every time. Upon arrival, we went to a Turkish night with dancing in national costumes, a few days later there was another dance show - this time for more high level. One evening, Miss Amelia was chosen from four contestants - both foreigners and Russians had fun and interesting. Once at dinner they gave out lottery tickets, and lotto was held at the animation. The largest event was on Turkey's Independence Day - fire show, fireworks, foam party on the beach. 10. Exit to the city We left the hotel twice. The first time - on an excursion to Side from Biblio-Globus/Fit holiday costing $35 per person. The program turned out to be quite intense: antique city Side, the olive museum, a boat trip along the Manavgat River, which flows into the Mediterranean Sea, a climb to the ancient city in the mountains and a trip to the waterfall in Manavgat. Overall, the excursion was surprisingly worth it! The second time - on my own for a walk and shopping in Manavgat. You can get to the city by shuttle organized by the hotel costing $6 per person (you need to register for the trip in advance), or on your own public transport for the same money. If you decide to go to Manavgat on your own, you will need to go through the underground passage onto the road and wait for a bus with a Manavgat sign. The cost of travel on intercity transport is $2 per person. Several city routes depart from the bus station in Manavgat, depending on the direction you choose. We went to Novo Mall by bus number 10. The cost of travel on public transport is $1 per person. A bus with the inscription Cenger or Alanya leaves back to the hotel from the bus station. Travel time is 15-20 minutes one way. Enjoy your holiday!

The hotel area is well-groomed 5 points, the beach is simply huge 5 points - pebbles and a strip of sand, 2 minutes to the sea, through a flower tunnel. There are not many people on the beach; Germans and Dutch swim in the pool. There are very few Russians, the animation is in English, a little in Russian, but we didn’t need the animation; we went with a group of 13 people. The children and parents really liked the hotel and can go a second time. Clean, beautiful, cozy. There's not a soul around the hotel....

Rest 04/22/2010-04/29/2010. Check-in. Hotel. We boarded, arrived, and met. Everything is very organized, without delays. The first thing I said after moving in was “Gorgeous!” Territory. Big. Two large swimming pools 1.4 meters deep. 1 swimming pool with slides (4 pieces). 1 toddler pool (knee-high), it also has a tiny slide. The playground for children seemed quite decent to me. A castle was built there. There are different swings. Bars and restaurants. There are 4 bars in total: 2 in the hotel, 1 near the pools, 1 on the beach....

We vacationed from 06/28/09-07/10/2009 with our family. I really liked the hotel. There were indeed problems with cleaning, but it’s understandable that the staff had not yet been fully trained, but we helped train them by insisting on better and timely cleaning of the room in front of the hotel managers, the hotel staff turned out to be responsive and all our whims were satisfied and fulfilled, they cleaned if necessary and the second time. The view from the room was simply superb. The food was at the level of meat fish shrimp, the restaurant spent...

Hotel reviews 2009 year

Vacationed from June 14-26, 2009. From Tez tour. I liked the hotel, new, fashionable and beautiful. Most vacationers are Russians. I wasn’t happy with the food, it seemed artificial. Few real plants. The beach is good, so is the beach bar. They baked delicious pancakes. The animation is not very good. Poor cleaning of the rooms....

Holiday time: from 08/16/2009 to 08/27/2009 Advantages: Beautiful, new, clean. Pleasant interiors in the lobbies, well-decorated areas, large, well-equipped rooms. Disadvantages: No knowledge of German. or English language is difficult. Cocktails are only available in the lobby bar, and even then they are paid. VERY inflated prices in the hotel shops. Review: I stayed at Amelia Beach Resort Hotel & Spa in August with my 17 year old son. I really enjoyed my vacation! To be honest, before the trip I re-read all the reviews of the hotel and...

We rested in this wonderful hotel from June 25 to July 6 (me, my husband and my three-year-old son). I can’t name any cons, only pros. Of course, provided that you pay the same amount for the tour as we do - 56,800 rubles. The beach is good, the road to the sea via an underground passage is a huge plus, the rooms are modern (we had 1058 with a sea view), everything is new, the food is excellent, the animation is normal, the service is excellent... In short, a wonderful hotel for family vacation!!! If you have any questions, write and I will answer. PS. Traveled with my family for 2 days...

The hotel is super!!! We traveled together with my husband (24 years old), from 06/21/09 to 07/01/09. I didn’t want to leave because I really liked everything. We found in this hotel everything we wanted from a vacation - swim in the sea, sunbathe, eat delicious food. The beach, of course, is still cleared of stones after big waves, but if there are no waves, then there are no dangerous rocks either. The entrance to the sea is small pebbles, then larger ones, and after 3 meters you can’t even stand, it immediately becomes deep. We swim well and for a long time, so this entrance is especially special for us...

Hotel reviews 2008 year

Review of Melia Beach resort hotel 5 stars We stayed in September 2008. “Whoever wants to rest will rest!” But this hotel is for a “water-food-sleep” holiday. We flew through the Tez-tour company. I didn’t like vacationing with representatives of this company this time: (I’ll say right away that everything is learned by comparison...) many Russians began to choose this company, so decent queues accumulate at the Teztur counters (Especially upon arrival); when it comes to your turn, Tez employees will hand over the documents and quickly...
